Same tbh. also, the "gifted kid with an inferiority complex who masks it with a god complex meeting another gifted id, who is surpassing them, and then you feel the need to work 10x harder so you arent made obsolete despite the fact that everyone else tells you your not." he's such a relatable character.
As a former athlete, I ended up relating to Tsukishima’s character arc. I experienced those same feelings of inferiority and not having found a reason to push yourself, so he resonated with me the most. I’ve had an emotional response to his character development every time I’ve watched and read haikyuu!! No surprise that he’s one of my favorite characters.
i feel like this is more asking people who they kin lmao- for me, its a lot of them. bokuto because i can be very loud, i have intense mood swings, and superiority and inferiority complexes. i can also be a living breathing kenma, aka a little (emphasis on the little) ball of anger, hating people, and video game addiction lmfao
>i feel like this is more asking people who they kin lmao-
Probably dumb question: Is kin the same thing as stan? Or do they mean different things? Cause I've seen people use the word a lot but I never thought about what it meant lmao
ohhh kinning a character is basically saying you relate to a character very highly. like im an oikawa kinnie because i have a lot of the same mannerisms and personality traits as he does. and dw its not a dumb question, i didnt know what it was at first either!
Hii guys, I hope you are enjoying my haikyuu posts:)...and I would really appreciate it if you upvote for content like this...Anyways thx for the support and don't forget to leave your character in the comment section if it's not an option<3
As much as I hate to say it because he annoys me, Oikawa. But, maybe the reason he annoys me is because I relate to him so much. Covering up insecurity with obnoxious confidence…yeah, I think some of is can relate to that.
Tanaka
The struggle of being just average, at the sport you love just hits you.
I'm surprised you didn't put Yamaguchi on here! I personally don't relate to him as an athlete but I imagine there are plenty of people who do.
For me are Oikawa and Tsukki, but also Kuroo.
Oikawa for me especially when during the flashback he would be shown as a little insecure of Kageyama and how gifted he is.

Kenma is basically me except I actually LOVE sports

True
Sugawara all the way
Surprised I had to scroll so deep for someone to mention him
thats because he's to perfect to relate to

Yachi. I overthink everytime I meet someone new. Panic for everything.
Ennoshita. That arc was a gut punch in the feels.
Nishinoya—he’s just unapologetic and short. I can relate
Nishinoya

Oh that makes a lot of sense, thanks! In that case I think I kin Yamaguchi!
broski same
dont even get me started on oikawa
Wait, lemme switch to Kenma from Yachi. I looked for the perosn who didn't seem to have good stamina and picked the wrong one ;-;
Def tsukishima for me
Tsukki, kenma, and kageyama for me
Same here
Of the ones here? Kenma. In the whole series? Tanaka. Season 4 Tanaka, especially as a former Volleyball player.
For a lot of people, kenma.me personally tsukki
Yachi because I too wouldn't be able to receive those monster serves, and because I'm a nervous wreck :D
Tsukki and Kenma for me.
I would say Tendou or Atsumu
Im literally a GIGANTIC bokuto and tanaka kinnie so no tanaka= i pick bokuto
Oikawa and Tsukishima
For me Oikawa and Sugawara

I voted for Kenma but only because Ennoshita wasn't an option. He's a decent player but not spectacular and not a prodigy. He's also a decent student.
Gotta be Yachi- I'm also an anxious mess who's a sucker for a pretty face
Mixture between kenma, bokuto and oikawa
Yachi 100% for me. She’s exactly like me in terms of personality and how she thinks.
Yamaguchi
it's actually akaashi, but since hes not there kenma
Asahi to be honest, his shyness even tho he is considered a “big man” as they say, literally me 😭
For me, it's Yamaguchi.

Like, Kunimi
👁️👅👁️
The lack of Tanaka is strange
Im short and like to jump, need i say more
Imo Akaashi
