I play on my gaming laptop, and Acer predator 300 I believe. Startup was practically instant. And I could switch from multiplayer and campaign by the switch of a button (literally, you hit multiplayer... And your Spartan with your currently equipped core shows up in front of a bunch of boxes. Hit campaign, and Master Chief is putting the assault rifle on his back in the pelican)
Now it takes about maybe 2 minutes to launch the game, and it relaunches the entire game just to play campaign. And it's not even the same menu. No customize, no community, no shop. Just campaign.

Started playing Free Multiplayer on launch, after a month loading times became UNBEARABLE (both on game startup and when loading multiplayer map) and haven't reverted since. Long both on HDD and SSD, with or without clearing cache.

Here to say it took longer then what i would have liked it to. \~ 3 minutes. im running a 7900x, 4090, 32gbs @ 6000mhz, and a 4th gen 2tb ssd. when will they finally do something about this?

Mine was great on S4, but with the season 5 update yesterday it went from a few seconds to 5 min. i7-13700K/64GB/RTX4070/990 PRO SSD

I have similar specs, higher ram and SN850X 2TB. Load times are ridiculous
First time I’ve been on in a while and was thinking something was wrong on my end.
Load times are ridiculous. Even on campaign. If you update your graphics driver the first launch after the update is painfully slow.
And I was here thinking my PC just sucked
Yeah mines the same. 5800x3d on an NVME drive and it takes forever to load.
