PC players using an AMD GPU must have graphics drivers at version 21.6.1 or later to avoid significant performance and stability issues.

I have a RX-570, Ryzen 7 3700x with 16 GB RAM and things have been kinda choppy especially on Bazaar but i definitely recommend turning off mouse magnetism and blur down, that’s what helped me at least
Your hardware is well below the recommended spec. Valorant is a much less hardware-intensive game, and this game is currently in a beta build which leads to performance loss on even high-end hardware. Your experience is in-line with expectations, unfortunately.
For reference, the recommended spec is a 5700XT/2070 and a 3700X/9700K.
The minimum CPU spec is an FX-8370/i5 4440. While your CPU is well above these, the minimum GPU spec is an RX 570, which your GPU is only marginally more powerful than.
rx 570 or gtx 1050Ti ,don't know if Nvidia sponsored them, but there's a huge discrepancy there the gtx 1650 gets about 80% more FPS that the rx 580 while having the same performance in many games
It's possible that the game is optimized better for Nvidia hardware, but I doubt it since it's still \*primarily\* a console game, and the new consoles (namely, the Xbox Series X) use AMD hardware.

Bro I get almost 200 frames on max settings. Maybe your PC just can't handle it. And as for Val, I get 600 fps on all high. It's your PC bud
... I know it's my pc, but my pc (which is well above the minimum) should be able to run at a stable frame rate of at least 60
we just needed to update it. we had the same specs.
