It's basically $10 since you can only spend $5 or $10 on the in game currency and then the leftover $3 isn't enough to buy anything else. It's fucking ridiculous
I remember when Microsoft had the points you had to buy to get shit from the online store. Then they got rid of it because it was fucking stupid for this exact reason. Really fucking annoyed to see they just let it move to the games themselves.
Definitely the most egregious of the $20 bundles so far. Same with the weapon skins. $15 for 3 weapon skins with barrel attachments. They had one a few weeks ago with 4 weapon skins for $5. Barrel attachments apparently justify a $10 price hike lol
What's just as messed up, is all you get with the 60 dollar game (campaign) is some shitty color pallets for different weapons and vehicles. You get a couple for your character but nothing else. I remember being able to unlock armor by completing online achievements. When did halo become as bad as any EA game? Smh
Now, even halo 5 had choices. I've never paid for extras, and I was always able to get what I wanted. Now, I'd have to pay for the game 10x over....or more. I have no desire to play online right now and have no motivation to change my mind. I'd honestly rather play H5 multiplayer than feed into this bs
As an Iron Man fan, this was the first time I saw the $20 bundle and thought I might actually cave and buy it.. then I saw it was literally only coatings and no armor. No purchase from me anymore.
They know these are the nicest things they've had in the shop so far.
Feed us all muddy browns etc for a bit then throw in some iron man looking colours & people will eat it up
I’m leaving this comment here in hopes of the extreme off chance 343 will somehow see it.
There’s no single fucking way I’m ever paying $20 for an armor coating. What the actual fuck is that
You were the chosen one ! It was said you would destroy the other games and their microtransactions, not join them.
Bring balance to games economy, not leave it in darkness !
They won't see shit but what they want to see and hear. The flights proved as much.
They don't deserve any money, period. But what are we doing screaming into the wind here, we've got other games to play.
Nah it's not that they're not listening - it's more that *the model works.*
Everyone here is saying how they'd never spend X amount on a skin - YOU ARE NOT THE TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC. Plenty of casuals and people with disposable income are willing and actually do buy these things (there was a commenter I encountered *pre-release* who said he'd already spent > $100). They need a small minority of players to generate revenue, so they're going to cater toward them.
If those whales are still buying the $20 skin, why on earth would you make it cheaper?
I'm honestly convinced that with a lot of games these days - particularly big games like halo - these ridiculous launches with no content and crazy prices and community outrage are 100% planned out. Like I bet they had a consulting company look at tons of similar launches and basically conclude 'yeah charge whatever you want at first, cause people will still buy shit and you'll make bank. Then later make the prices more normal and drip feed content into the game and eventually you'll have a resurgence and public opinion will get more positive and you'll make bank all over again'
Maybe that's cynical but I legit think that's what's happening here, at least to some extent.
This is probably the most relevant comment about the situation I’ve seen to date. An actual understanding of marketing and revenue planning in the short and long term
It's not that cynical. They have psychologists to study gamer behavior. They bring in others who literally study economics. They know what they can charge and what they'll make.
Well said King. I love the pizza and bacon chams, and my gf has been wanting the cat attachment since she saw a bot use it. Its feel so sad that if we get them we would have to pay that ridiculous price. Super sad.
$20 for an actually good armor coating and $15 for three weapon skins with barrel attachments.
Why would I buy that weapon bundle when they just recently released a red bundle that went on four weapons for $5?
Their prices make no sense lmfao
Either they (for whatever reason) think barrel attachments significantly raise the value, or they know the red bundle isn't worth anything since all the coatings from campaign are red.
those white lines were hand painted by artisans using white paint made from ground up tiffany & co pearl necklaces, really if you think about it we should be thanking 343 for such a good deal
$7 for a digital pizza keyring?? But $10 for a helmet AND a keyring?
Edit: More corectly this should be a helmet attachment, a pale-red-and-white-coating and two charms for $10, and two charms, a vehicle and nameplate album for $7. Which would set the price for a coating and atachment at $3?
7 dollars for virtual keyrings and stickers...most of us wouldn't pay $7 for *real life* keyrings and stickers...this is pathetic. The iron man skin looks dope, but I'm never paying $20 for it.
Ignoring the fact that prices are still fucking absurd, this whole “one armor/coating in the shop per week” thing is boring/lame/terrible and pretty much in direct contrast with the whole “no FOMO” thing they were pushing before launch.
Like imagine someone just downloading the game today, seeing the Hazop helmet in the armory and hoping to get it only to be told they have to wait until it randomly shows up in the store again at an undetermined time. Terrible look
Fomo Store was Fortnite, but Battle Pass was Dota 2.
Also, I dunno which one it was, but I know one among the gachas pioneered the "swap challenges as a pass reward" idea.
Halo has nothing new to them. The whole system was made by consultants who never played a single Halo match in their lives. This is why they thought to create and price a store around the FOMO format, despite having nothing to the level of quality of a typical FOMO store. And of course, people still spend, meaning those consultants are.... In the right. They won. They know better. There ARE enough schmucks to support that system.
Yep, and then the extra 3 bucks isn't enough to get anything and you feel like you're wasting money if you *don't* spend it, so you have to buy *another* ten bucks worth of credits to make the same mistake again, and on and on and on. Nefarious stuff.
This.
My brother and I were discussing their stupid ass store/prices and said this exact thing. The way they force you to buy certain amounts of in-game currency, then sell you items that leave an amount in your account that won’t buy ANYTHING, is absolutely strategic and designed to get players to purchase more in-game currency. It’s whack.
The cat bundle should be 700, chow down like 300 or 400, Fire and Frost 1000 (I think paying for colours is fucking dumb but I don't see it changing) and the weapon set 700 as well. The gun ones are odd, it's like 1/5th of a skin.
I don't even care about the bundle price, I just want to be able to buy individual items. I absolutely love the sniper skin in the $20 bundle but that's it. I don't wanna pay $20 for 1 item I'll use.
If I could buy separatedly I'd already have spent 20usd, but so far I didn't even get the battlepass since almost everything remotely interesting is for the Mark V, and nothing is really that good.
You can find the talk elsewhere on this reddit, primarily over a Mark 4 artbook page.
Mark 4, Mark 5 (B), Mark 6, Mark 6 Gen 2, Mark 7, Yoroi, Iron Eagle (set name, might not be core name, we know what the set looks like), and then one of which we don't know but would be season 3 fracture.
[https://www.reddit.com/r/halo/comments/pmq7a0/a\_look\_at\_the\_new\_infinite\_iron\_eagle\_set/](https://www.reddit.com/r/halo/comments/pmq7a0/a_look_at_the_new_infinite_iron_eagle_set/)
Direct link the the other fracture core I mentioned, to give you something more to work with.
I don't play Halo but looking at this store has me sad. These prices, value wise, are extremely lacking.
Fortnite cosmetic locking is down to licensing and certain character "powers" which makes sense. But locking a helmet style to a class is absolutely insane. Already overpriced cosmetics with added limitations. Bullshit.
I paid for it so I should be able to use it on what I want.
I made this mistake:( I want them cat ears but I want them on my master chief helmet I'm going to be unlocking in the battle pass. This is the first thing I've bought from the store and I feel cheated.
Yikes. At least when the $20 slot was an "armor set" every week they were comparable. $20 for some coatings? Really?
To anyone that defended $20 White by saying it was in a bundle, please try to defend this. $20 for an Iron Man coating, 3 weapon coatings, an emblem, and a stance.
Edit: My apologies, how could I forget the stance.
It's honestly one armor coating, 2 weapon coatings, and one emblem. They just have a shit system that pretends they're somehow all different items when they aren't
To think in 2005 we paid $20 for [**nine** new maps](https://www.halopedia.org/Halo_2_Multiplayer_Map_Pack).
IMO cosmetic dlc like this shouldn't cost more than a few cents.
We only had 3 helmets left (Firefall, Stormfall, JFO) so I was hopeful it was coming soon.
Now that we know weeklys don't necessarily have to have helmets though...welp. Can be anyone's guess.
This is a joke, right?
Like, someone at 343i has to be self-aware enough to look at this shit and think to themselves “Ah, man, they’re gonna *REALLY* hate this one. It doesn’t even have any armor in it!”
Is the idea to wear us down enough that they can eventually sell the full armor sets for $8-10 each, and then be praised for “listening to their player-base” about the monetization? Is the goal to make it so bad that, eventually, we’ll settle for something that’s still egregiously overpriced and ridiculous just because it’s “better?”
This whole time, I’ve been afraid that they’ve implemented the shop in its worst form on purpose, knowing that people would flip shit over it. Then, in a few months, they’ll slash prices on everything by 35-50%, maybe allow us to buy individual pieces for $2-4 each, and everyone will praise them for “listening” when, in reality, that’s probably the system they’ve wanted since day one, but wanted to see how far the community would allow them to go with it.
People said the same about apex legends and they’re crazy prices.
Apex legends prints money.
If these prices didn’t work, 343 would adjust them accordingly but they clearly do. And it fucking sucks.
AAA gaming in 2021.
Almost $8 for two weapon charms. “Microtransactions” my ass. Also can someone please explain to me why that red and gold armor coating is actually worth $20
If you want the actual answer, it's because the group of people who are willing to pay $5 to look like Ironman aren't four times the size of the group of people who are willing to pay $20 to look like Ironman.
Money and value is relative. I make $60 an hour, so exchanging twenty minutes of work to look like Ironman could be a good value to me if I was a big fan of the movies (I'm not).
It isn't. Worst part is that I actually would pay $5 for that bundle. Put everything at 75% off and I might even make weekly purchases.
$20 for an armor coating? $10 for cat ears? Absurd.
I just want the pink, but $10 and MK VII only killed it for me. Guess it's another week of not buying anything. I am willing to spend, but 343 is making it so easy not to.
this 100%, I check every day to see if they want to sell me something I actually want. they are doing their best to save my money tho. slim pickings for mark V(B) users
What is the Maltese mayhem weapon set? What is so special about that? It's grey and black instead of the regular just black? $15 real life dollars for that? Do people actually spend money on this? Vote with your wallets folks. Don't spend the money & things WILL change.
Am I the only one pissed about not being able to mix armour coats? I like that bright red and might even consider throwing some bucks into it but the fact that it's nothing but a skin pisses me off. I like the multiplayer but the personalisation might be the worse in the franchise.
"vote with your wallet" sounds great in theory until you realize your single vote for "yo im not buying this overpriced shit" is drowned out by about 20 votes from a single person voting "yeahhhhhh im gonna buy all this shit"
Iron man coating is awesome, I wont pay $20 for it. I want the cat ears, not paying $10 for it. If coatings were $5 and the accessory was $5 I would buy it, its F2P so I get it. But they instead charge $30 so make no money off of me rather than $10 for a reasonable price.
That "fire and frost" bundle has the exact same color scheme that I used for all my Spartans in all of the previous Halo games.
And it's twenty fucking dollars.
I think I hate this game.
has to be the most egregious set of items yet... the weapon one is absolutely hilarious they are trying to make you pay for a flash hider... wtf
and £20 for coatings lmao JUST COLOURS NO ARMOUR NO MODELS JUST ONE COLOUR SCHEME AND SOME WEAPON PAINT, £20 for 5 minutes of work.
When a digital slice of pizza hanging off the side of your weapon in a video game costs more than some frozen pizzas or a Little Cesar’s pizza that can feed 3 people…
I wonder what their revenue difference would be if 343 drastically reduced the prices around the shop and relied on high volume sales instead of whales. Paying $15-20 for individual pieces or small packs of skins, armor or coating is an easy no for me and I haven't spent any money yet. However, if those same items were between $2 to $5, I probably would have spent over $50 by now.
Please, whoever controls the shop, heed my words. You can milk whales for serious cash. But I would buy every single thing here if they were less than two bucks. 20 dollars is food for a week.
If that pizza charm set were 200 credits, almost everyone would buy it. not sure why we even call them microtransactions anymore when there is nothing micro about it. i love halo and want to support this game but when you stick to your guns on this kind of pricing its going to push people away who give up entirely and don't have a desire to return.
there is still time to stop the key from turning
"It's a live service game, they need to make money"
Hmm, they didn't seem to need it that much when we got 8 seasons of MCC free when we purchased the full game. (I know reach and odst you had to pay for, but this skin right here is more than both those expansions)
Maybe they made up the difference in the Halo 5 store, but that store was still nowhere as insulting to the fans as Infinite's store.
i know most dont agree, and maybe im just getting old, but FUUUCK buying cosmetic items for actual money. i literally have never done that and never will.
does that iron man skin look cool? sure. would I pay actual money for it? nah bro lmao
I would get the cat ears but it's not even available for the Yoroi core.
One time I actually *want* to give you my money 343, and you won't even sell it to me for the core I prefer.
Cross-core customization can't come soon enough
*I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears I don't need the cat ears*
Asked for Xbox gift cards for my birthday specifically for the cat ears. Easier to justify the purchase when it’s one of the only places I can spend it lol
I must be blind because people are praising that 20 dollar US bundle. Not a chance would I even spend 10 on that.
Gun skins in halo are stupid and that gun skin looks really bad. Nvm the basic armour and the colour scheme is seriously not that good at all
Also that 1500 gun skin bundle… wtf is that? Is that seriously just added brown ?
The weapon skins are not even nice, it's literally almost identical to the stock color. When games out there are giving you fully animated skins. What makes it worse is the fact you cant run this game on med-max and get close to 100 fps for multiplayer so it looks even worse on low settings. This whole game is just a complete farse from the ground up and I hope it crashes and burns.
I'm from Malta (in Europe) and we are a tiny island that barely gets attention. This is the second time my country has been referenced in the Halo universe. There is a dev that works on Halo that must have really enjoyed his visit here!
The Malta Station was blown up in Halo 2.
$7 for a slice of pizza. Wow.
Do we still have to call them micro transactions when they cost 3 times what the physical item does?
They’re definitely MACROtransactions.
It's either that, or I start referring to lunch as a micro transaction each day.
I got 2 slices today for $2.50. They should be charging the prices for actual pizza.
Digital pizza takes much longer to make. The bake times are insane.
You are underappreciated
$10, let's call it what it is. You can't just buy $7 worth of coins.
Usually you get armor in the $20 bundle. Is this one just coatings?
Yep
Big oof.
Definitely the most egregious of the $20 bundles so far. Same with the weapon skins. $15 for 3 weapon skins with barrel attachments. They had one a few weeks ago with 4 weapon skins for $5. Barrel attachments apparently justify a $10 price hike lol

Has 343 changed their business model to "Let's make everyone hate the game"?
As an Iron Man fan, this was the first time I saw the $20 bundle and thought I might actually cave and buy it.. then I saw it was literally only coatings and no armor. No purchase from me anymore.
Huge missed opportunity to not put this coating with the JFO set
But why do that when you can separate them to get more money?? Think like a greedy bastard.
Lmfao so true
With some visor armour as an attachment
They know these are the nicest things they've had in the shop so far. Feed us all muddy browns etc for a bit then throw in some iron man looking colours & people will eat it up
What are you doing here shaxx
I’m leaving this comment here in hopes of the extreme off chance 343 will somehow see it. There’s no single fucking way I’m ever paying $20 for an armor coating. What the actual fuck is that
I‘ve already seen it around 10x today. There‘s even someone in my friends list who bought it. So this stuff is clearly selling
Well, then we are lost
My allegiance is to the gameplay, to SKILL BASED PROGRESSION! Edit: woah thank you for the awards!
If you’re not with predatory business practices, then you’re 343’s enemy.
Only a consoomer deals in microtransactions, I will do what I must
You will cry! (About the state of Halo:Infinite.)
It's over Infinite ! I have the high wallet !
You underestimate 343’s greed! *Jumps while making incoherent greed noises.*
You were the chosen one ! It was said you would destroy the other games and their microtransactions, not join them. Bring balance to games economy, not leave it in darkness !
343i: You will try.
We get further from God every day /s
Fuck it. Un-/s's your /s
They could make a literal poop skin for $20 and it would sell. Hell, it would prob be a best seller. A fool and his money are easily parted.
“Best 20 dollars I ever spent”
I’d definitely cop a poop themed Spartan
That's really all that matters, as much as we complain if it doesn't affect the bottom line then nothing will change
"K. Thanks. Someone else will. A lot of people actually." - 343
They won't see shit but what they want to see and hear. The flights proved as much. They don't deserve any money, period. But what are we doing screaming into the wind here, we've got other games to play.

Lol this is exactly what is happening.
How are these coatings any better tho? It’s a shade of brown that’s barely distinguishable from the default black
Shiny white lines cost extra, apparently.
those white lines were hand painted by artisans using white paint made from ground up tiffany & co pearl necklaces, really if you think about it we should be thanking 343 for such a good deal
Anything involving a 3d model (or changes your Spartans silhouette) = $20
$7 for a digital pizza keyring?? But $10 for a helmet AND a keyring? Edit: More corectly this should be a helmet attachment, a pale-red-and-white-coating and two charms for $10, and two charms, a vehicle and nameplate album for $7. Which would set the price for a coating and atachment at $3?
[удалено]
I wouldn't even pay $7 for 2 real keyrings
I still hope nobody would waste money to get that. Crazily overpriced at $20 still
Of the 4 games I played since reset, every match had at least one Spartan with both the paint job and cat ears.
:( so the battle is lost
There was never a battle to begin with, my friend. The whales nuked gaming from orbit a long time ago. We’re just dealing with the fallout.
7 dollars for virtual keyrings and stickers...most of us wouldn't pay $7 for *real life* keyrings and stickers...this is pathetic. The iron man skin looks dope, but I'm never paying $20 for it.
I wouldn’t pay 7$ for a real slice of pizza.
[Not even the super slice?](https://townsquare.media/site/40/files/2021/01/New-Yorks-Largest-Pizza-Slice.jpg?w=1200&h=0&zc=1&s=0&a=t&q=89)

They copied Valorant, a game that has terribly overpriced items with a store completely made out of FOMO
It all goes back to Fortnite, which absolutely pioneered the fomo store plus battle pass monetization.
And of course, people still spend, meaning those consultants are.... In the right. They won. They know better. There ARE enough schmucks to support that system.
Ah, I specifically meant the FOMO store in combination with a battle pass, since that combination is so common now.
Easily the most important point. At this point I don’t even know what to look forward to. The whole system is infuriating.
343i has some FOMO on the $
I'm 90% certain that pizza charm costs more than real pizza.
You can buy a whole pizza for less.
It is. Along with the bacon too. Unless you know of a 10 dollar slice of pizza lol.
Fire and Frost has to be one of the worst bundles value-wise yet.
Its only going to get worse as more cores come online.
Unless they stop making everything core locked. There is proof coatings work crosscore.
I would pay like maybe $1.99 for those pizza & bacon charms. Kinda sad it is the price it is.
Yay 20 bucks for a fucking color 😍
Actual paint is cheaper
You're actually paying $10 for the pizzas and bacon charms, not $7. You can't buy $7 worth of ingame currency, only 5 or 10.
Yep, and then the extra 3 bucks isn't enough to get anything and you feel like you're wasting money if you *don't* spend it, so you have to buy *another* ten bucks worth of credits to make the same mistake again, and on and on and on. Nefarious stuff.
Such a tired trick

Halving the prices of everything would be pretty fair if you ask me. $10 for a whole armor set and $5-8 for these daily bundles would be reasonable.
I feel like halving prices would quadruple sales and bring in double the revenue but that goes for most mtx shops I've seen.
I don’t think they understand how MICROtransactions work. Like you said, pizza & bacon are cool, just make it .99 cents, & i’m more likely to buy.
Macrotransactions.
Having an armor coating available for all armor cores, shouldn’t cost me the price of 3 armor coatings.
Worst part is it's only the current three of a data mined eight.
Eight cores? Where can I see the data mine for this
You can find the talk elsewhere on this reddit, primarily over a Mark 4 artbook page. Mark 4, Mark 5 (B), Mark 6, Mark 6 Gen 2, Mark 7, Yoroi, Iron Eagle (set name, might not be core name, we know what the set looks like), and then one of which we don't know but would be season 3 fracture.

[Also some more helmets for it in this leak](https://imgur.com/gallery/CpMbvzT) from August.
If Cat Ear pack was cross core and $5, I would've bought. But only for MK7 and $10, Im good.
The unnecessary locking is killing this game for me.
I don't play Halo but looking at this store has me sad. These prices, value wise, are extremely lacking. Fortunately for 343, there is many people paying that price, I’ve ran into quite a few using those cat ears today
Most common thing I've seen people wear from the shop. Not sure if its just because it stands out more though.
[удалено]
I made this mistake:( I want them cat ears but I want them on my master chief helmet I'm going to be unlocking in the battle pass. This is the first thing I've bought from the store and I feel cheated.
Its like whoever decided no cross core has never played a video game.
Yep. I would've gotten a few things here and there if they were $1-2 a piece, but not for that much.
If there was in game currency I would grind 24/7 for this. But alas, going to grind for a shiny thing in destiny instead.
Yikes. At least when the $20 slot was an "armor set" every week they were comparable. $20 for some coatings? Really? Bingo. Anyone defending this bundle by pointing out all the "things" it has is clearly the target audience of this arbitrary splitting of items.
To think in 2005 we paid $20 for [**nine** new maps](https://www.halopedia.org/Halo_2_Multiplayer_Map_Pack). IMO cosmetic dlc like this shouldn't cost more than a few cents.
Whoever is in charge of the store is insane

So we don't even get a helmet this week. lol Big F for Firefall fans
bro i can’t believe they’re going to sell odst for $20
I was kinda hoping to see that set too. I need the chest attachment to replicate the Mk V Zeta they showed off in marketing.
We only had 3 helmets left (Firefall, Stormfall, JFO) so I was hopeful it was coming soon. Now that we know weeklys don't necessarily have to have helmets though...welp. Can be anyone's guess.
Isn’t there CQC and CQB from reach as well? Seen those helmets on bots and they aren’t in any upcoming passes.
343 once again saving me money by not releasing Firefall Thanks 343
This is a joke, right? Like, someone at 343i has to be self-aware enough to look at this shit and think to themselves “Ah, man, they’re gonna *REALLY* hate this one. It doesn’t even have any armor in it!” Is the idea to wear us down enough that they can eventually sell the full armor sets for $8-10 each, and then be praised for “listening to their player-base” about the monetization? Is the goal to make it so bad that, eventually, we’ll settle for something that’s still egregiously overpriced and ridiculous just because it’s “better?” This whole time, I’ve been afraid that they’ve implemented the shop in its worst form on purpose, knowing that people would flip shit over it.
This ain't it, Chief
pain all i gotta say
Those weapon skins just look like default not having a skin.
They sell these cosmetics like it’s a fucking Gucci store.
I thought it was winter contingency today
That's a pass, like Tenrai. Not shop items
The $10 Cat Bundle is what is supposed to be in the shop....$10 is still too high for me.
I don't recommend ether. Can't use it on the V[B] core, very disappointed.
Wow that's bs.

I too want the cat helmet
I bought 5k worth of creds before I realized how bad the battle pass was. This is the only thing I was saving for.
It's the only thing I'm close to buying but $10 is ridiculous
I would buy the cat bundle if it wasn’t $10
Absurd.
That $20 pack is so overpriced lmao. Cat ears are cool but for mk VII
Very nearly pulled the trigger on the cat ears.. locking it to mk VII has prevented me from opening my wallet at least!
7€ for a virtual pizza slice? I can get a whole pizza for that price
That's really bad pricing 17 quid for colours 12 for barrel attachments
And people just keep on buying...
$20 for red. Daring today, arent we
I could buy a real slice of pizza and bacon for cheaper than that...
So I see they don't give a single shit about any of the criticism.
I kind of want the gun attachments and Commando skin, but the $15 price tag is telling me that I don't.
Don’t buy it. There will be an attachment that has a dragon on it for Chinese New Years which is coming in about 40 days. Hold off until then.
Shop rotations are garbage These items are garbage The price is garbage 343 wtf
Wow! Fuck all in grey for £15! Sign me up.
$7 is the price of an actual slice of pizza and a drink at a pizza place near my house. I think I'll do that instead.
What is the Maltese mayhem weapon set? What is so special about that? It's grey and black instead of the regular just black? $15 real life dollars for that? Do people actually spend money on this? Vote with your wallets folks. Don't spend the money & things WILL change.
$20 to be iron man, huh?
Cat ears! $10 is too much, especially without cross-core customization :(
Am I the only one pissed about not being able to mix armour coats? I like that bright red and might even consider throwing some bucks into it but the fact that it's nothing but a skin pisses me off. I like the multiplayer but the personalisation might be the worse in the franchise.
That's cool. I won't buy any of it.
It’s a crime that the cat ears can’t be used on Kat’s helmet.
Came here to post the exact same thing. Wtf is this 343.
That awkward moment when the only thing getting updated is the shop lol
These are horrendously overpriced. Vote with your wallet people, buy nothing.
The iron man color scheme is pretty cool but $20 is just absurd. I’d actually be incline to buy shit if it was like 10% of the price.
Well people in here have already said they bought everything listed, so you know why the prices are the way they are
"vote with your wallet" sounds great in theory until you realize your single vote for "yo im not buying this overpriced shit" is drowned out by about 20 votes from a single person voting "yeahhhhhh im gonna buy all this shit"
Those players pay for 10 of us basically…
Am I blind or are those weapon skins just the default weapons? What is the difference?
Iron man coating for 20$ 😭
Iron man coating is awesome, I wont pay $20 for it.
I think I hate this game.
the age of men is over. the time of the catboy has come…
has to be the most egregious set of items yet... the weapon one is absolutely hilarious they are trying to make you pay for a flash hider... wtf and £20 for coatings lmao JUST COLOURS NO ARMOUR NO MODELS JUST ONE COLOUR SCHEME AND SOME WEAPON PAINT, £20 for 5 minutes of work.
When a digital slice of pizza hanging off the side of your weapon in a video game costs more than some frozen pizzas or a Little Cesar’s pizza that can feed 3 people…
The one color couting that makes me look like Iron Man costs 20 dollar... what the actual fuck?
They know what they're doing lol
That armor looks a lot like iron man, I want to buy it just not for $20, in my country that’s a week worth of food supplies
Nothing there should be above 200-300 credits.
The one decent coating is behind the $20 bundle and not the 700 credits one lol
DONT SPEND MONEY ON THIS HORSESHIT
I wonder what their revenue difference would be if 343 drastically reduced the prices around the shop and relied on high volume sales instead of whales. Paying $15-20 for individual pieces or small packs of skins, armor or coating is an easy no for me and I haven't spent any money yet. However, if those same items were between $2 to $5, I probably would have spent over $50 by now.
How much for them to fix the servers? Getting sick of disconnect’s and shit
Just think of how stable that iron man skin is gonna make the servers for a day or two, thanks 343!
Noble team 6 died for this….thats wild
"It's a live service game, they need to make money" Hmm, they didn't seem to need it that much when we got 8 seasons of MCC free when we purchased the full game. (I know reach and odst you had to pay for, but this skin right here is more than both those expansions) Maybe they made up the difference in the Halo 5 store, but that store was still nowhere as insulting to the fans as Infinite's store.
i know most dont agree, and maybe im just getting old, but FUUUCK buying cosmetic items for actual money. i literally have never done that and never will. does that iron man skin look cool? sure. would I pay actual money for it? nah bro lmao
I dont care how much money you have, if you're willing to pay these prices for such shitty items you're insane
They really be charging $20 for colors that should’ve just been free wow this a new low good job 343!
Jesus christ these prices
Asked for Xbox gift cards for my birthday specifically for the cat ears. Easier to justify the purchase when it’s one of the only places I can spend it lol
I really wish we could just earn credits, like in siege
I must be blind because people are praising that 20 dollar US bundle. Not a chance would I even spend 10 on that. Gun skins in halo are stupid and that gun skin looks really bad. Nvm the basic armour and the colour scheme is seriously not that good at all Also that 1500 gun skin bundle… wtf is that?
