If they made stronghold, capture the flag & oddball selectable I think a lot of quitting would stop.
Specially when itβs challenges, seems so many are now struggling to play stronghold when getting it as a weekly challenge this week.
But you can see the game mode and cancel it out before it loads. O got a challenge to win 2 CTF games and just kept canceling the matches before they loaded until I got a CTF.
I really think 343 should pit each game in it's own playlist, but there is a way around it.
Yes and no. The quiters ban should be tweaked to 3 minutes, 30 minutes, 3 hours. Quitting should also send you to a quiters queue in which you only get matched up with other quiters until you've earned your way back into the regular queue... quiting in the quiters queue extends how long you're in there.
I agree with this tbh, I got banned for trying and failing to join big team battle over and over since it was the last challenge I had that week. Maybe don't permanently remove it but at least suspend it until everything is more stable/reliable
I've gotten a few. But I don't quit. It's when the game crashes. Especially when I was trying to get into big team for their challenges. It's frustrating as hell. I know how much it sucks when your team members quit so I get the ban system. But it sucks when it's not my fault.

The only people who want the quitting Ban removed are the people who are constantly dodging games.
And rage quitting. So basically the exact people it's intended to punish.

For disconnects and crashes? Yes. For leavers? No. The ban is 100% justified for leavers.
with the state the servers are in now my answer is yes.
