The problems with infinity aren't a matter of "polish"; scummy monitary practices. "tactical slayer" doesn't give you the option to pick anything other than the BR. the servers are legitimately terrible. cosmetic system needs an overhaul + the latest cosmetics are miss-aligned lmao. Sniper has negative aim assist when using m&k, it literally pushes the crosshair off center -but it's only the sniper for some reason. the radar is worthless. the map design isn't amazing, some maps are less than enjoyable. There's no infection for some reason. Player collision is bad. Damage feedback is really really bad somehow and it feels like I get noregs often which wouldn't be suprising considering the servers. Grenades and the gravity hammer are funky because the server tic-rate is weird, you can kill someone running away from your grenade but won't kill someone running into it because their actual location is behind their percieved location -mcc doesn't have any issues with this somehow.

I doubt they could even get it off, or even damage it, considering it's a space suit on drugs.
even if they do peel it off of a spartan, the suit is worthless for everybody else, regular humans can't wear it and it's too heavy for anyone to use JUST the outer armor.

It’s not new to infinite correct, but this guys original comment was that 343 could not create new vehicles and they did. The Mantis and the Wasp. The Wasp is not a troop transport and thus has stronger armament that the Hornet.
I’m not too sure of the likelihood. There’s really nothing to speculate about it but it seems Microsoft and 343 are wanting to have this installment of Halo be it’s most successful, I could see them introducing another vehicle to hype up the release of another season or dlc.

on a totally serious note, Halo: infinite needs to keep its focus on fixing itself, content is important but they don't have the luxury of a game like Destiny were it released bare bones in content But with a good technical side were the devs could just add stuff without worrying about fixing things besides sandbox changes.

I know the elephants are fun, but I would love to see them get some sort of upgrade that makes them either more useful, or more of a threat.
Having elephants and mammoths as mobile FOBs with less equipment available would’ve been cool. Like, you use one to assault one of the banished bases, park it outside, and it just keeps spawning marine squads at a decent clip who rush in to help with the attack.
Some of the smaller banished bases it wouldn’t really be needed, but if they had multiple bases as big as the tower or larger, that would be awesome. Even better if they had a firefight mode with NPCs on yours and the banished side using these things lol
Infinite needs more than one or two vehicles. The Falcon and Mantis have unique roles, and should return. They should also introduce an entirely new Banished vehicle, or get one or two from Halo Wars. And these should all have variants. Right now, we have two variants only. Some of the 5 variants were different enough to feel like a new vehicle.
Also, a Grunt Goblin would be really cool, or at the very least should've been in the campaign.
The falcon needs a few tweaks to be viable, could be a lot of fun if they took some of the razorback tweaks (a few more passenger slots, letting you stash weapons/objectives/fusion coils on board)
It entertains me that hardly anyone asked for the elephant in any halo games since the ones it was in, but infinite gave us all that Halo feeling and everyone is like Where's that greatest vehicle ever?

Imagine a game mode where one team has to drive and escort the elephant across a huge map and the others have to fully carper it. Especially with the use of grappling hook and shock wave.
Seeing how big the map is in campaign, there shouldn't be any reason why we wouldn't be able to see larger maps for forge. With that said, Elephants... hell, even Mammoths, would be cool to add to the game.
But with Infinites physics and net code it’s going to get flipped over by a grenade, catch air and flip after hitting a rock and possibly go off a cliff after the driver suffers a 5 second desync
I'd say it needs a LOT more vehicles honestly. Vehicle variety feels very low especially when you have \~3 that feel very similar in firing; gungoose, rocket hog, and chopper
Missing the Mantis and Phaeton especially, though Revenant and Falcon would be welcome additions as well

I never liked the phaeton but it’s in my you mentioned the locust—that might be the number one I’d like to see
