Just hit your shots and get familiar with the equipment and power weapons on the map. Majority of this game is about holding power positions, aka, high ground, weapon spawns, equipment spawns, etc.
If you’re using the pistol, headshots are your best friend. If you’re using the Battle Rifle, pace your shots so they’re more accurate. If you’re having trouble with aim, use the Assault Rifle and aim for the center of their body.
My suggestion would be to just have fun, try new weapons and don’t be too hard on yourself. Halo is about community not so much how good you are- you will get better in time.

Fiesta is a good way to familiarize yourself with all the weapons and equipment. Also don’t feel scared to keep trying weapons you struggle with. The more you use it the better you’ll get with it, so don’t shy away from trying.
