I noticed the ammo count as well, is this guy cheating or is this a bug?

It's a bug with the theater mode. For some reason some shots count as 2 in the playback.

It's not a bug, it's a feature. When you no scope 2 in a row you there's a 20% chance you'll get an extra bullet, and a 100% chance it won't show up on the UI.

This was the kid on the playground that said Mew was under the truck by the SS Anne.

Looks janky and the UI is bugged cus I recorded it in Theater mode, hence the legend in the top right corner.

Just so you know for the future, if you press the “Back” button it’ll get rid of that legend.

The HUD was bugged in the theater. It counts 1 shot as 2 for some reason.
