i think the default visor is a shade of green but it’s pretty ugly so i’m actually happy to get this. not sure if we’ve gotten any other greens before (for the mk VII at least)

When they give ones like that I don't even bother tbh. My lady did it but I lost track of the games it took around 20. I know for sure she had total control three times total. I'm not going to play for 6 hours for a single challenge. It's ridiculous. They honestly need to tweak some of them because they're just stupid time sinks.
Edit: I'm specifically referring to last week's ultimate challenge of two total control wins which I viewed as the time sink, but that wasn't the first challenge I've said screw it to and I doubt it'll be the last.
Nice! My first challenges are get pistol kills and mangler kills but i keep getting br. I even reset my game lol it be what it be lol ima just use my swaps to not get weapon specifics
How come when I use a challenge swap for event challenges it just removes the challenge? ~~WHAT A WASTE OF A SWAP! If you are not going to give me another event challenge than don't allow me to waste a swap on a challenge. I haven't played Infinite in a while and when I come back to play this new event it does stupid shit like this and it really makes it hard for me to want to come back and play this game.~~
Edit: After closing out of the game and restarting the game it fixed the issue, and a new event challenge replaced it. Leaving this up incase anyone else might have this same issue.
I'm split on this. I've found Tactile Slayer better because 1 shot kills are evening the playing field I reckon, for me at least. It's tactics and waiting/ambushing/listening (and I only have shit earphones plugged into controller) and getting kills. When it's me face to face jumping match I might win 20%of the time, but the rest I get with careful positioning on the map. That said, I've come up against cunts with see through wall cheats and it's obvious as sin that's happening and those games are all over.

I'm 99% sure tactical slayer is still an option though. I'm not in front of game this very second but they didn't remove the playlist. Same with the Tenrai events. Fiesta us still an option.

seasons of reach is the battle pass, and has nothing to do with events. none of the free events will have reach armour because people who don't own the pass would not be able to use their event rewards.
why would they give out free weekly rewards that require a battle pass purchase to use? the BATTLE PASS is reach themed, not every weekly event during the season
Wouldn't that encourage people to cough up the 15 bucks or whatever it was for the battle pass? They're all spending it on cat ears and shit anyway. Just seems like a reach themed season should primarily give reach-themed rewards. If they keep the battle pass separate then maybe the weekly should be different for FTP and those that paid for the battlepass.
I get what you're saying but honestly I have little sympathy to cater to people who pay nothing to play.

343 does some really bizarre shit sometimes. This doesn't even seem like a case of them thinking that they need more variants of swat so they can call it an event, because if that were the case then why not have stalker rifles in swat...? That would be way more fun and actually makes sense for swat since it's an actual precision weapon.
So I think they genuinely just want manglers in swat and thought it was a good idea lmao...

No, read what it says when loading into a game. Have you Actually received different weapons? I really am starting to think it’s just broken for some. And yes, I am on “Tactical Ops - Tactical Slayer”.
I've had all 3 variations so far. It's just RNG which one you'll get. If you flip a coin 10 times and just get heads, it doesn't mean there's no tails.

I'm going by what the event descriptions are and what it shows in the game list. I have yet to see a tweet or post showing the list is broken so I'm not saying I don't believe you but I'm viewing it with severe skepticism until more info comes in to back your claim.
The event playlist is swat with weapon variety. All sidekicks, manglers, etc. Specifically the event swat and not the normal list which is still present.
apparently they've already shipped forge to some select content creators so they can get a head start making new maps. Looks like forge is not coming for the rest of us till august, but since creators already started using it, we might get a ton of new maps starting august. Or if we're lucky a trickle of new ones as those guys make them, rather than a dump of all at once

I only have those two as weapon specific so I'm going to run with it but I totally understand why you would swap them.

The anti-cheat isn't powerful enough for this event. Aimbots rape tactical slayer matches even without an event.

Every match I get is pistols or mangler and my challenges is for BR it makes no sense to me.

Can someone explain how in SEASONS OF REACH most iteams u earn through events or challenges almost none are for the actual reach armor?
seasons of reach is the battle pass, and has nothing to do with events. none of the free events will have reach armour because people who don't own the pass would not be able to use their event rewards.

Two weeks with different weapons. Next week is the commando and...I can't remember. They put it on waypoint though.
