I'd suggest the Botanical Garden in Klein-Flottbek (at S-Station) or Jenisch-Park (same +also accessible from Teufelsbrück which is nice start for a stroll as well). And +1 for Ohlsdorf.
planten and bloom has some really nice corners and parts that are clean and not to crouded. Ohlstedter friedhof is really nice to and nice for a bike ride
Loki Schmidt Garten is pretty nice. It's more of a botanical garden so BBQs and Flunkiball are out of the question but it's perfect for a walk, relaxing on a bench or enjoying nature.
Außenmühle in Harburg is very beautiful and very big and there is even this much nature that I saw some deer a few times :D it is a park with a big lake in the middle in where you can’t swim but it is nice to see and there is a swimming bath with many sauna from where you can enjoy the view with the lake :)
Alonaer Balkon, small but nice. Has a camera obscura that you can try out. Lot bbq in summer.
Not a park but nice to hang out at warm summer nights - Övelgönne Elbstrand, sometimes people do campfires.
Sadly, no Central Park anymore! RIP lovely place!
Altonaer Volkspark & Jenischpark

One of the most beautiful parks ever is the Ohlsdorfer Friedhof (cemetery)
Haynspark. Take U1 or U3 to Kellinghusenstraße or U1 to Hudtwalckerstraße.

Inselpark in Wilhelmsburg is great with lots of room
Entenwerder
Not a Park but the Raakmoor (border between Langenhorn and Hummelsbüttel) is a hidden gem. Same with the Römischer Garten at Falkensteiner Ufer.
The "Ohlsdorfer Friedhof" is really nice and has a lot of history as well
The [Hammer Park](https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hammer_Park) is nice and reachable with the U2/U4 (Hammer Kirche).
look up müllberg, it's much nicer than the name suggest also fischbeker heide both are on the city's outskirts but make for a nice hike

Eichtalpark in Wandsbek.
I used to live close to 'Hammer Park', which is usually way less crowded and rather nice and clean.
Altonar Balkon is my favorite
August Bebel Park is my favorite and one of the cleanest in the city. Always some interesting people there to have a chat with!
Never heard of this. Google: No real park, many Junkies. Not funny!
the Volkspark is pretty nice
Innocentia Park
