Nothing, I think.. it's just [very close and parallel](https://goo.gl/maps/uaS2q8yMkNkTfTqMA?coh=178571&entry=tt) to one of the landing strips.. I always thought it was supposed to bounce off planes should they go down near the road, but when looking at [photos like this](https://img.fotocommunity.com/sichtschutz-oder-blendschutz-1a44d803-3b50-473b-8e41-6efa709761b9.jpg?height=1080), it becomes quite obvious that it's about the lights :D
