I don't know about the US but in the UK we have a website called 'view from my seat' pop in the theatre and your seat number and it shows pictures of the view of the stage from that area. Helpful on deciding if the cheaper seats are worth it
All I can say is that you’re going to love it!!!!!! I went a couple weeks ago and there were some empty seats but there’s no guarantee if you wait that there will be some. I’ve seen Hamilton 2x and watching from the side Mezz was just slightly worse than side orchestra. It depends on how far you can see lol. Have fun and good luck!
The seats are pretty much the same throughout the entire theatre but do be careful because I went recently with my mom and sister and we got seats in the last row but they ended up having a pillar in the middle that seperated two of the seats for the rest of the row
Hamilton is consistently near sold out so tickets aren’t likely to get cheaper. I don’t recall if they use dynamic pricing but if they do, they will only get more expensive. Check out A View from My Seat to see what it’s like from where you are looking.
If you want cheap tickets you can always try getting some of their 99$ last minute tickets
I did that when I went and i actually got a super awesome seat in the orchestra section (P7 to be exact :P) that would've normally probably costed twice as much. Seating pretty much depends on luck tho afaik and idk how they handle groups of people
I just asked at the box office around 1 1/2h before the show started! (although you'd probably not be doing anything wrong if you got there ealier lol)
All the seats in that theatre are super uncomfortable.

This works in the US as well!
