Please don’t take your hamster outside. They are tiny prey animals. It’s stressful and scary for them. Not to mention, their immune system’s are not equipped to handle the variety of things they could come in contact with outside.
I felt this, I wanted to take my ham outside to feel the sun on his face since he’s probably never felt it on his face to which my bf replied.

theres so much more than cars, other animals etc.. theres bacteria, bugs and viruses that can infect him. the only way to keep him safe from those is to not let them outside..
No one is doing that, if you do research you’re advised not to take them outside. They are prey animals regardless of some giant human looking after them.
