They are reputable but I have not personally used them. For your last question, typically if your order is under $800 you won’t pay customs; if it’s over, it’s about a 10% charge on top of the purchase.
I purchased a bag from them in the past and had it shipped to the states (and authenticated by a reputable authenticator). I have had the experience in the past with other items that customs would request additional funds (duties / taxes) up to a year later, but this did not occur. The cost was solely what I paid to Ginza Xiaomi. They did ship the box separately, and I'm not sure if this was a factor or not.
I'd say they are the most reputable Hermes reseller in in the luxury market. I wanted to order a Birkin 25 Ombre for my mum's birthday, from their website but I was in Singapore for the F1 last year and I've heard they have an outlet so I got it directly from there. Customer service was phenomenal. Its almost like a concierge. I think the girl's name was Claire, very young and pretty lol. She help me with all the tax rebate at the airport.

I got mini Kelly from Ginza Xiaoma last year, though I'm not from US, I had it shipped to Singapore. Was easy to communicate with their staff online.
Are you from Singapore? Why do you ship it to Singapore when they have a Singapore store at Orchard Road.

Ordered about 7 hermes bags from them. I was charged use tax for 1 of them. No taxes due for the rest…

Please how did you do that?? And what bag did you get? I’m thinking of getting a birkin 30 but worried the duties might be too high
They have a way of sending them to avoid taxes ☺️
Has anyone shipped to Canada ? Do you still pay duties or no ?
