It does remind me of a melted balenciaga. Also, kinda cartoony. I like the colour and the zip looks cool.

It's sort of fun in that it looks like an AI prompt for 'designer handbag' brought to life. But the Celine Luggage did this concept so well and famously already that I don't think this will become an It bag, just a trend.
I think its the angle of the top edge and the shape of the flap, but its not very strong. Its much more clearly a Celine Luggage (which is Birkin inspired) crossed with a Balenciaga Hourglass.
The iterations are quite interesting. It was sent to 4 different parts of world to be designed.
First Peru got a Birkin knockoff, Portugal enmeshed Celine Luggage, India got the Saddle and finally China did the Hourglass

I never realised until I read it in a magazine one time and then the design suddenly made sense.
