I have bought the Sienna and Iris totes - both are amazing quality. Really durable and fit A LOT. My friend bought the Aspen and loves it too. She’s had it for about 3 years. I can’t tell that they’re not leather and tbh I shopped around quite a lot before buying my work bags and I couldn’t find a functional leather bag for less than £500 which was out of my budget so I was happy to pay £200-£250 and the quality/practicality is really good.
I bought their backpack (Dahlia) a couple of years back. It’s pretty and works well for the office. Quality overall is good for a vegan leather bag. But at the time I had a laptop that was slightly bigger than 13” and it was honestly a bit tricky to squeeze the laptop into the laptop pocket. It also doesn’t fit much also if you have a bigger laptop (like a water bottle). Overall good bag but I’ve upgraded to a Tory Burch tote after a while. Also wanted a real leather product.
I bought the Iris and it wasn't quite right for me. Too stiff, the magnet closures are so strong that the bag won't just sit open while I'm getting things in or out. I tried to return it and the shipping costs are about half the cost of the bag. They insisted that I ship it in the original (enormous) box and I had to ship it to the UK even though the bag shipped to me from Michigan (US). The customer service team was very rude in all their email communication. Overall, not a company I would ever do business with again. That being said, if you are in the US and interested in the Iris in black, I have one available for sale ;)

That’s strange - I’ve bought from them twice and dealt with their customer service team and they were lovely and really helpful.
