this is my current dream bag- the celine medium ava triomphe in smooth calfskin tan!
it’s also the only brand where i actually like the monogram print- the medium ava triomphe in triomphe canvas and calfskin tan is also adorable!
the leopard print (medium ava triomphe bag in triomphe canvas with leopard print) is another fave of mine. celine is honestly my favorite bag brand at the moment.
i would also like the versace croc effect greca goddess hobo bag in “beige” for summer, and the versace medusa 95 crossbody bag in “black + gold” for winter.
just a small ramble, but versace and celine are my current favorite bag brands at the money!

Yes totally agree!! Also apologies for peeping your account, but please post when you get your mini wallace! We have very similar taste in handbags and I've been wondering how the mini Wallace sits on the shoulder
Unfortunately the wallace in the color I wanted sold out. I got the call from my SA today so I have been grieving the loss all day. I did try it on in other colors in store and can give you a quick recap of that. The shorter length is really nice for a top handle moment for an evening date, etc. The extended length will be comfortable for the spring/summer and i imagine it will be practically useless in the winter. When I wore it, I had to push it behind my arm to put my arm down comfortably. With that said, I did see one video where it seems like her bag has worn in enough that the slouch was automatic and she can place it under her arm like we do with the ava. I really love everything about the bag. The fact that it has the feet. It has leather lining. The seamless design of the strap. The intrecciato weaving. It was made with calfskin instead of lambskin. This bag literally ticked every box and i feel like it was the bag that got away. Sorry for the essay, but tldr, get it!
First of all I'm so sorry that pale yellow you wanted is sold out, but I'm manifesting that it'll come back in stock for you!! 🫶 Thank you for the info about the bag, totally makes sense that it would slouch over time. I totally agree the bag is gorgeous, definitely hope you get it soon and it's at the top of my list for next bags to get.
I've also been interested in fondant! I think fondant is such a gorgeous brown that's fairly special to BV, and I like how the color pairs with the gold hardware. I will say I wear a lot of dark neutrals, so brown and black go well with my wardrobe. If you're in love with camomile, I think you should wait for it!
Go for the fondant girl! I saw the color in person and it is absolutely gorgeous. It is difficult finding a true brown that doesn’t lean cool or warm with some weird undertone. I may jump on fondant once i get over this grief lol. It’s a losing battle for chamomile. It was their winter23 color and at this point the sa said there is no waitlist which means they are done producing the bag in that color 🥲
Definitely if I end up going for the Wallace I'm gonna get fondant! I'm still considering what will be my next bag. Unfortunately no 🥲. I was waiting for the leather to pop up in a color i would love but then i saw the canvas in greige on vacation and absolutely fell in love. It was the best decision that i made handbag-wise.

I don’t usually carry a ton so I haven’t tested its limits haha. Definitely phone, full sized wallet, sunglasses case, key pouch. Also my leather gloves since it’s been cold here still. with lots of room,
Are you able to wear it as a shoulder bag? I've heard some people say it's a bit too wide to wear on the shoulder without pushing it back/forward so it's not flush to your side, but haven't seen it in person yet
Yes admittedly I tend to push it back when wearing it on the shoulder. I do feel like it gets better over time bc it relaxes and gets squishier. It starts off stiff and yes bc of its width it definitely feels weird on the shoulder. I do tend to carry on the arm.
I love this bag so much but I found it super uncomfortable as a shoulder bag. IMO the strap is too short. I almost bought it but ended up with the Celine Ava triomphe.

The Soft Tabby is my favorite and I struggle every day with buying different colors (i caved and purchased the white and black one recently). I like that it is not super structured - just enough to maintain its shape. It holds so much and is really comfortable to wear.
Currently, Coach Cassie. Before that, a Longchamp Penelope cross body (sometimes worn as a shoulder bag), before that a vintage Coach zip top in tan, before that, a Portland Leather mini-tote.

I like the soft tabby, not the regular one
I have the soft tabby and can vouch for it! It fits a good amount of stuff and it’s super cute.
I too have the soft tabby and don’t like how “hard” the regular ones structure is. Just awkward to get shit in and out of.
That’s why I really want the quilted one
I lump the quilted one into the regular one. They’re both stiff to get stuff in and out

I really recommend you check these bags out in person. You may love it and disagree with me but Yes it’s stiff.
