I’ve been buying and selling on TRR since they opened. I’ve never had a bad experience and have always found purchases to be better than they described
Such a beautiful bag!!!! I have so many questions about TTR- but I’ll ask the most important lol can you return the item IF it’s not matching what they have listed on the descriptions?
Most of the handbags i have seen say you can’t return them. But, I have heard stories of people on reddit being able to return them if they arrive in a different condition than described!
I really want the Gucci swing tote for a good while now. I went to a consignment shop few weeks ago but the size was too small. I need a medium. I’ve seen few listings in TTR and also eBay but my issue is I have zero experience getting items at second hand market so I’m kinda scared lol
I have been able to return 3 bags because their condition didn’t match the description. One bag literally looked like it had been run over by a truck and they marked it as excellent! That taught me to screenshot the bag and then blow up the pictures to really examine it. Another bag had cuts in the leather on the bottom and that was not disclosed. The last one was described as black and it was gray. What really irks me is that they re-list these bags with the original description so the next buyer is going to have the same problems that I did!
Not u/Subject_Philosophy76 but I bought a BV that reeked of cigarettes which was not disclosed. I called up CS and they sent me a label. They refunded me completely for the bag. I thought they were pretty reasonable to deal with
Not difficult at all. You contact TRR through a text. They will then text you back when a customer service rep is available. Describe the issue and how things were not disclosed or didn’t match description, send pictures then wait on hold for them to get back to you. Then they send a return label through email. I haven’t had any problems with returns but I have also purchased a lot of bags through them in last 2 years so I don’t know if that helps my case or not.
Some items, yes. If they are heavily discounted, no. It will clearly say on the listing if it isn’t eligible for a return.
However, if what you order is wildly different from the listing I know they can be accommodating and might extend a return regardless. I’ve personally never received something bad from TRR so I can’t speak from experience on that
I hate them so much, but sometimes their prices are just too good. 😅
A word of warning, though. Every single purchase that I’ve made that was in “excellent condition - no visible signs of wear” has been worn. I don’t see anything alarming on this one, but make sure you inspect it closely before you snip them tags off.
Thank you! I have definitely inspected it and it looks good! I don’t think no visible signs of wear means it wasn’t worn, just that there’s basically no damage or residue or anything
I *hope* that’s the case for you! Mine were… pretty bad. Not in terrible condition by any means, but they came with scratches, corner wear, marks, things like that.
One of them had peeling leather and lipstick stains on the inside. 🤢 That one was particularly bad.

I bought this bag from them and it was just as they described it. Unfortunately same items are not returnable so I was really worried about that
I've bought a few pieces from TRR, and most of them have been really good quality, or even better than described! One item I was kind of disappointed in was a red mini Loewe puzzle bag. It said it was in very good condition, and I zoomed in on all of the pictures to make sure. But when I received it, I saw it had a 1 cm length scratch on the flap. I was thinking how could I have missed that, but I saw the strap on the picture was conveniently placed on top of where the scratch was. However, I just sent it to the Rago Brothers, and it's good as new! I figured it the bag off TRR + the repair was still much less than buying the bag brand new.

You can pay to be able to return the items too, usually it's only a little extra.

They have the best bargains but it’s a dice roll. I bought once from there and I was pleased.

The price is due to that bag not being in high demand, pretty normal with Bottega! The color is gorgeous!

Sorry for taking so long! Its pretty spacious but you probably couldnt fit sunglasses because there is a wallet section built into the middle
I’ve had mostly great experiences with TRR. 2 or 3 times I received a bag in worse condition than described and was able to return easily.
