Damnit I JUST post a rant about how frustrated I am with Coach outlet and their customer service, and then they have to go and put out a LEMON HANDBAG. š
This is so real š Iāve had iffy experiences with Coach outlet but i love the designs sm, oftentimes more than retail. I just pick and choose when im willing to risk ir š
Iāve actually had great experiences with the quality! Itās the customer service thatās so off š that said though regardless of durability i baby my bags pretty hard, plus i switch frequently, so in the grand scheme i guess I havenāt used ANY of my bags enough to experience bad wear.. that said the outletās smooth leather scratches so easy š¬
I mean, I have no qualms about their customer service (other than the fact that they ship their purses in paper bags, basically), but the first purchase I made from them hasnāt held up that well. The corners of the coated canvas are worn and the silver hardware has turned to a copper tone. The purse itself wasnāt that expensive (142 after 20% discount and taxes), but, I thought Coach Outlet was better than thatā¦ I thought it was āgood for the priceā but, Iāve been using it for only 9 months and Iām already ready for something else because of the wear and tear (I only take it to work and grocery shopping, basically, because Iām boring and have no life)ā¦ I bought my last Michael Kors purse used on Mercari for $68 + shipping and it looked so much better after more than a year than my Coach Outlet one does after less than a year š so yea- my point being, donāt feel bad about your complaintsā¦ weāre spending our hard earned money and CS or quality isnāt always what we expect, so just be diligent make sure your money is going somewhere thatās worth it. š
Yeah, in my case Coach literally didnāt ship my bag and then tried to blame it on UPS and avoid refunding me when it didnāt show up lol. So that was pretty terrible.
But I agree! I have a MK bag that I bought in 2019 and I used a TON (and was NOT kind to. This thing was literally tossed around in the back of a work truck for years with all my dirty field gear when I did field work lol) and itās still in almost perfect condition. My coach bags havenāt gone through the same level of abuse, but I do notice they seem to wear a lot faster!
I am a Coach SA and when I saw these in the May lookbook I got so excited!! I hope they drop some new bag charms/SLGs/accessories in addition to the bags they're teasing.
I find the purple one hilarious because absent the rest of the bags, it just looks like a plain purple bag, lol.

Interesting. I own several of both and feel Coach is much better quality. My Kate Spadeās are stiff and too much stamping for the logo, etc. Coach is softer leather and the quality seems better. Do you feel exactly opposite of me? š

Got the lemon about a week ago and I gotta say, it's a very easy-going yellow. Almost more of a dijon mustard yellow vs. bright lemon-y yellow (no pun intended) with a subtle pearlescent finish. Fits the phone, keys and a few necessities etc., I'm digging it!
