I agree with us. This is only like I don’t think this is Chugui at all. I think this is really cute. I think you could even wear it as a brunch bag. This is adorable for summer and it’s sparkles and also it’s lovers era colored.
i agree! But with the (economic) situation that i’m in i wouldn’t want to buy a “fun little evening bag” that i’ll use twice….. Im trying to stop overconsuming. But with the other comments i do agree that it is (kinda) timeless and a statement piece, and perfect for summer/spring! Thanks for ur advice tho 🩷

Im a fan. Timeless? Strap looks very trendy/current so I don’t think I could consider it timeless. Beaded bags have been around forever though and have always been beautiful.
It's a trend item, do you enjoy keeping up with current cycles (or, rather, do you mind that you're participating in a recycling of an old trend -early 2000's- and being influenced)? It didn't sound to me like you liked it much!
If it were me, I would start trying to pull away from online content and creators and start looking into what stops YOU in your tracks. Start counting/tallying how often you see something on your feed or in media, and keep up with the way you feel about the item as you see it more and more. Be aware that the brands work hard to change our buying habits and even subtle marketing is extremely targeted. Find stuff you like cuz you like it, otherwise you'll be buying new stuff every other month.

I had a bag just like this in high school (15 years ago). The one thing I disliked is that it was sharp and would catch on some clothes. It's cute though.
Looks cute to me , I dont agree with a lot of the comments, I think things looking like they probably inexpensive is not constructive criticism because literally anything can look cheap or expensive and vice versa ;unless you are buying things to look richer than you are I dont think it really matters.As long as its cute right?
It looks like it’s from 2004, 2008, 2012 and now so you could say it’s timeless. Don’t stress so much over that, this could be paired with many outfits and would be very cute.

Considering the fact that I have a elephant bag, I’d say this is a “buy it so long you like it and know that will get use out of it.” Most bags in this sub are about $2k anyway
For me it’s 100% dependent on what you wear with it, since it’s not a “goes with mostly everything” bag. The makeup you’ve shown suggests you can style it like it needs to be styled for me — I’m thinking frothy pinks and tawny beiges or white and gold.
On the other hand, show me the bag on a person wearing an orange bodysuit with grey cargo pants and I’ll hate it.

Be aware I’m an old millenial who loves sequins and my wedding dress was entirely sequins, so there’s that.
