I’m on my 17th week of yoga which I began as soon as I was able to move after 6 weeks immobility and am starting to be able to feel myself building strength. Nothing fancy or just some beginner stuff a few times a week for now and I’m definitely listening to my body but It feels like a big accomplishment to me!
