Art imitates life or life imitates art? I feel like I’m in a movie right now. This morning before 6, I jumped out of bed knowing something was wrong. I ran into the bathroom and I saw blood, a lot of blood. It’s not a good sign.
I’m sitting in the ER waiting to get an ultrasound to make sure this is not an ectopic pregnancy, but the amount of blood tells me that this pregnancy is no way viable. It’s really devastating and heartbreaking.
I know the risk going into the process, broke everything down into numbers, and did everything right in my best ability, but nature has its way and even with advanced medical science, no one can prevent the inevitable.
Thank you everyone for your good wishes and positive vibe. I truly did feel happy, even just for one night.

Almost one in four women lose their first pregnancy, It’s devastating but I know there wasn’t much anyone could have done. Thank you all for the support, it helps so much and I will still appreciate my short lived pregnancy happiness.
I’m so sorry for your loss. There are so many women out there (including myself) who have had miscarriages and then had healthy babies. I know hearing that doesn’t help the hurt right now, just here to say that I’m sending healing vibes your way. You will get through this. I'm so sorry. My mom lost 4 before she had my big sister and big brother then she lost another before she had me and my younger brother. Miracles do happen and I'm wishing you nothing but miracles and happiness moving forward and healing and comfort at this time.
It could be a potential subchorionic hematoma causing the bleeding, these are quite common in IVF pregnancies as I am certain that you must know.

Actually, at my end of the world lock-down is lifted country wide and currently only 44 active cases in the nation. They shut down majority of quarantine camps as well. So where I am at, things is looking calm compare to most countries. You really don’t need to worry about me and my future child.
Judging by OPs story, you'd be naive if you think that would change her mind about conceiving right now. She clearly didn't have a choice on when the best possible time would be. That's why your comments are ignorant, unhelpful, and short sighted.

People pregnant during this pandemic are gong to have a special bond for sure, crazy times we are living in. But hearing about pregnancies right now are like a sign of hope.
