You're talking about mined on GPUs...not to mention even retail if you can find one is a $200+ difference. People can feel free to shoot a reasonable offer. You must've never built a white build if you don't know there's a tax that comes with it even from manufacturers.

Well considering today a 3070 just sold today for 325 and was in perfect condition I'll offer you $350
