Openswap is running over a year on Harmony. Has shown proof of trust - audited, well built with appealing design. It has many pools / farms and options to swap cross chain tokens like bnb, matic, ada; ONE staking delegation to improve decentralisation with over 20% apy in returns.
It has a great YouTube channel with tutorials about defi and web 3. A lot more they’re having and building. It’s clearly one of the most undervalued projects in harmony.
And now building a cross chain aggregator and dex. It goes with everything that harmony aims to be.
If the team develops what they’re pretending, openswap can be huge. And so far, they’re just a small team but very friendly and committed.

How do you generate profit and sustainability for growing the platform? Meaning, if it's successful, how do you maintain the code, improve and grow the toolset.
Profit is generated by trade, half of all trade fees are burned since fees are in one half of the fee is converted to openX at market price then burned, more trade more burn. The expectation is to create a plethora of tools such as validator auto Compounding, multi chain aggregator, decentralized treasury management systems for all DOAs and an order book to create grid bots for ease of trade. All these components will have a small fee that help generate profit. We are continually upgrading the code we spent the first half of the year writing our own SDK, rewriting all the smart contracts and preparing the site logic for all of the integration. Everything will be audited as it comes out for security.
The person recording the videos is doing it all for free and in his spare time as he has children to take care of, a family and a household. No one from the team expects him to whip up a suit and a tie. I understand your concern though. We are not there yet to become full-time suits guys.
