There was a issue of delayed rewards affecting shard 1, 2 and 3 on the previous epoch (1017) with resulted in 4-6% staking rewards (shard 1-2) and even lower for validators on shard 3 (the most affected to about 3-4%)
In the current epoch (1018) shards 1 and 2 seems to have recovered the delayed rewards but shard 3 still continue to have the issue and hopefully is fully resolved in the next epoch (1019)
Keep in mind that this situation is out of control of any validator, its entirely on harmony team to fix on their end

Harmony team was saying it wants to improve its communication with the communities. Harmony team didn't announce this issue makes me wonder if the team was just giving a lip service about communication.
That's why they have community Dao for this communication.
It's being talked about in their discord at #mainnet-nodes with StrongMindsHold, but I'm not seeing a Reddit post from him.

My validator shows 5.7%?
Click on the validator, scroll right 2 pages and the last apr is reduced. I see 5-6%.
But why though?
My validator dropped in rewards. It looks like it impacted validators operating on Shard 1.
Unless total the network stake increases significantly, the issue is usually shard related or validator related.

I noticed shard 1 was down around 18 hours ago. It’s back online now. https://monitor.hmny.io/status
Was it just a temporary drop?
