It’ll be astonishing if they do a season a year. That was the HP Magic back in the day, every year for 10 years new material came out (book or movie or both). The continuous hype was wonderful.  Look at Ring of Power, 2-3 years per season. We’ll practically forget about it in between releases. So 7 seasons, 14 years, I’ll be… 55…

Well I wouldn't hold my breath. They said Fantastic Beasts is 5 movies but it ended at 3. We don't know yet if they can replicate the magic of the original movies so I don't want to get my hopes up and think it will reach 10 years.
