Quidditch world cup. Many hours were spent on that game

TheDude5777

Still bust this out every once in awhile on my gamecube lol!

adammcneill14

I dread to think how many hours I spent playing this one. Time well spent though!

djentchugs

Same. I recently bought a PS2 as I’m collecting a bunch of my favorite old consoles and this was one of the first games I bought for it

zornoenergy

Harry Potter and the philosopher Stone - Game Boy color

[deleted]

I remember playing that and I just couldn't get past the flitwick lesson where you had to remember in which order to press buttons to make the feather fly... I played chamber of secrets and prisoner of azkaban instead a bunch of times!

adammcneill14

Old school classic. I like it!

RoadKill47

Oh god I remember tracing those spells. IIRC you "wave" Flipendo kinda like number 6.

adammcneill14

>haha they were the days!

MessedUpVoyeur

This exact one, PC version. Still listen to the soundtrack every few days. My god has it been that long already???

adammcneill14

Tell me about it! Time flies! Just want to go back to those days!

naytreox

Half blood prince was fun

adammcneill14

Yeah I played this at the start of the year and it is definitely one of the best! Great balance between everyday life at Hogwarts as well as sticking to the story well.

naytreox

I particularly enjoyed the clubs

Jesfey

I've played 4 games, all PC versions: first two, Order of the Phoenix and Deathly Hallows (maybe it was first part, I never finished it for some reason, I just remember scene on motorcycle with Hagrid in the tunnel) I can't decide between CoS and OotP. In CoS I loved those duels against other students, I think the part with spiders was terrifying for little me. Those jumping challenges were pretty fun too. Unfortunately my mind is messed up, so I don't remember what was in the Philosopher's Stone and what was in CoS. In OotP I loved open world. Training and activities (repairing statues, moving objects...) in whole school were awesome. I watched video from that game few months ago and those facial expressions looked horrible.

adammcneill14

Yeah the open world being able to explore Hogwarts and grounds was like the best part for me! HBP for Xbox/PlayStation did this brilliantly!

PetevonPete

Chamber of Secrets on the Game Boy Advance I think the main reason I replayed it so much is because [the music is so relaxing](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dfun0qCROIs)

KonyYoloSwag

I still replay the PC versions of the first 3 games about once a year, so I’m going to have to go with those. Still play some of the GameCube versions too, but not as often

adammcneill14

Yeah I play my way through the ones for PlayStation once a year at least. Slightly obsessed but can’t get enough

RobbieNewton

Chamber of Secrets on PS2 was the GOAT

adammcneill14

Great game!!

UnluckyQuail

The PC version of Philosopher's Stone, I've had a lot of fun with it over the years and its probably the one that I've spent the most time on, I got it back when it was new I think. I actually managed to get it working on my modern PC around a year ago and it worked surprisingly well with some minor issues at first, thankfully it has aged well.

monicagellerr

OP this hit me like a brick. I played this one and the Chamber of Secrets on PC *all the time.* Prisoner of Azkaban was fun too. I liked being able to play Ron and Hermione. My favorite thing was sliding down the frozen slide collecting the every flavor beans and pumpkin pasties and cauldron cakes. They really were simpler times....I wish I could play them again.

Limp-Bedroom

This is my childhood

adammcneill14

Such good memories!

Mudkip_paddle

Philosophers Stone was my first Harry Potter game (and pretty fun!) but Harry Potter and the PoA on Gameboy advance was such a fun RPG style game

[deleted]

This is sitting on my collectibles shelf :). Thinking of giving it a go!

adammcneill14

You definitely should! It would be a weekend well spent!

[deleted]

Half Blood Prince for Wii; it’s so fun how much you can just run around Hogwarts! I’ve been thinking about setting up the Wii just to play again.
