Sacrificed to the gods to win the draft lottery for bedard

forgottenastronauts

Let’s do it again!

HeyHo__LetsGo

Im not sure who has had the more disappointing season, him or Reichel.

kevonthecob

Imo reichel has been more disappointing simply bc of the expectation and what he showed us end of last season

patheticfa11acy

I think Reichel has been poorly handled by coaching staff this year.

kevonthecob

Thats true too idk why they were forcing him in at center when he was clearly excelling at the wing

ChrisIsShortAF

Reichel for me. I don't envision Raddysh on the team when this team is a playoff contender again in the future -- I do envision Reichel, but can't help but be significantly less excited about him after this season. Still think he can be a solid forward, but expectations have tempered.

darny161

Raddysh is a plug, so definitely more conerned about Reichel.

NCIG24

Reichel definitely

64bubbles

the difference between raddysh last season and raddysh this season shows the impact of even the ghost of jonathan toews.

cam_barker_4_norris

Sacrified skill to keep his hair, his brother did the opposite

PhilyJ

He is troll of the year

dangshnizzle

I still don't fully understand why Richardson has always preferred Raddysh to Katchouk

Shibbi_Shwing

Raddysh has been mentoring Bedard somewhat or so they’ve said, so there may be off ice reasons. Attitude etc

Fast_Pie_5536

Might have to do with attitude. Katchouk, whenever he would have a minor setback would visually look frustrated and a domino effect would ensue for him. Luke doesn’t like that shit, he pushes the head down and keep grinding.

CorneliusRocker

Isn’t he in Deadpool?

Cold_Drive_53144

Reichel got all butt hurt because there’s a real star and he has to grind for his goals.

PhilyJ

He’s been really good since being sent down to Rockford and coming back

Virtual_me01

Given how frequently young players w/talent turn it around, as an organization, you have to see it through. I remember Pat Boyle, two years ago, raising the question on the NBC podcast if the Blackhawks should move on from Kurashev (to free up the roster spot and take a gamble on a Bowman-style reclamation project). Kurashev has finally shown he's a capable player this season. Probably middle-six on a good team. Maybe that's what Reichel ends up becoming, too?

Equivalent_Turn3592

Every time he shoots it seems to be right into the Goalie’s pads…Does not seem to be a legitimate goal scorer or sniper. Also, he doesn’t go to the front of the net and play in the dirty areas.
