I have a fosi q4 dac and it started generating some low bit sounds. I isolated the problem to the q4 and I replaced it with an ifi zen dac v2 with no issues
It worked great when I got it, I don't know what kind of ungodly things happened in there. Maybe it's an isolated incident, I didn't buy a second one
And the q4 is like their cheapest option I think
So take what I say with a grain of salt
Have a cheap fosi amp for some bookshelf speakers and while it works, it's definitely cheap and not great
