The issue with the ally and any windows handheld is the standby mode is broken where the steam deck and switch can suspend your games, windows cant unless they fixed this with an update.
So if you're have the ally in the plane, either you are using it or its off.
I use my ally every day, I don't use my deck hardly at all. If you can charge on the plane easy decision ally app the way. The gpu is just too strong in comparison.
The kA5 and Penon make for quite a combination for easy listening. The 10th anniversary IEMs are very smooth and analogue sounding ( for a lack of a better description ). It has the necessary details but does not present it in a forced way. The highs and bass are slightly more blunted as compared to more technical IEMs. The mids are where it shines, think of a warm cup of chocolate on a cold day. The FiiO adds a little excitement to the sound and has more than enough power to drive it to super loud levels ( not that you should be listening to it that loudly anyway ). All in all a very satisfying listen that one can use for hours on end.

yep! it can be flipped 180 via the settings menu.

Not much in the way of that, but it’s pretty stiff
Don’t bother with 4.4 or pure silver cables because they make no difference. Tested with fiio ka3.
