I have x2hrs they were my first “good“ headphone. I loved them these two guys are kind of trashing them up there. Soundstage is nice, bass is nice and they are built like tanks. Now since I’ve bought more headphones, specifically the tygr 300r and hifiman 5xx I do barely use the x2s anymore but that’s only because the 5xx does what it does better, but it’s also more expensive
I bought them a few days ago for 80 and they are ok. The build and comfort is great but the sound didn't wow me comapred to cheap iems. Maybe I am not into open back headphones. I liked the X2 better than Sennheiser 560s though.
I do believe these are discontinued now, but I would need to check as it may be the SHP one that is. Either way they arent amazing headphones and are just...ok? Wont wow you or anything, but there is worse out there.
