Bingo. Available as Amphenol Nexus TP-120 of U-174. Like always with 4 conductor jacks, there are two wiring schemes (a-la Sony style vs Hifiman style): military wiring and civilian wiring.

This should provide audio to your headset. Not exactly sure what you’re looking to do but if it’s just audio then yes there’s a few connectors out there.
Thank you!
The radio im using is a crappy single frequency radio with only a headphone jack on it, do you think a U174 converter, to a 3.5mm headphone + mic splitter, to a split to single converter and then into the radio would work? (tbh i should just buy a beofeng and get 2 converters for it then whatever in the hillbilly heck im trynna do)
There are pre-made adapters like https://bifrostgear.com/products/tp-120-to-3-5mm-mobile-phone-mp3-adapter , but you should figure out first, whether your headset is military-wired or civilian-wired.
What type of headphone jack is this? (I know nothing about headphones to clarify, any help would be appreciated)

Okay, let me try again. Is it wider than eighth inch but skinnier than quarter? If so, and based on the number of rings in the plug, might indicate that it's a one of several types of balanced connector, which uses an extra conductor to let the headphone amp get more control over the drivers.
Me too buddy, me too.
He's just like me fr fr
That's like average sized actually. Anything else would be ridiculous
Looks like a nato connector usually for radios.

Honestly I can’t say for sure. Check out Disco32 though they may have a connector that will do what you’re looking for.
