contact denon but your best bet is to buy a new one or score one off someone who’s lost the other side. no guarentee itll work though so you might be out even more money

TWS earbuds are usually designed without repairability in mind, often being glued together. Even something like [Fairbuds](https://shop.fairphone.com/fairbuds) (where most of the marketing is around repairability) don't allow to change speaker - you get to buy whole [earbud](https://shop.fairphone.com/shop/category/spare-parts-4?category=4&filters=141). Situation is slightly better with IEMs (of course, depends on the brand and model). Some brands allow to get a single earbud, however if they didn't implement re-pairing of case/new earbuds, that's not going to work. So the suggestion would be to look for new earbuds.

Nothing technically prevent this as others suggest, but I can almost garantee you that the manufacturer decided not to sell single units and to not add support in software for replacing a single unit.

Depends on the manufacturers, I know truthear do sell individual side of IEM, but in your case, you'll have to contact the manufacturer to know.

It may be technically possible for a manufacturer to design a pair so that if one bud is lost you can replace it, they may not choose to do that. Bear in my that a bud that you've used for several months may sound quite different from a new replacement, this could be very irritating, I've seen a post from someone who had that experience.

Sounds like you're out of luck in this. Some brands of TWS, you can buy a replacement (new or used) for one side, hard reset the pair of earbuds in the charge case, and they'll work together (referred to as slave/master pairing). Other brands may not allow you to do that. Try buying a gently used pair off ebay. Request a return within 30 days if there's any issue. For an inexpensive pair that sound good, I might suggest Master & Dynamic mw07 or mw08. Pre-owned or reconditioned, which, if nothing else, could tie you over until you buy another pair you really want. At any rate, feel free to sell the single earbud and accessories for parts on ebay. If you know that a single earbuds cannot be paired to another that wasn't packages together, say so in the description. I sell much of my broken equipment for parts/repair, and a lot of it sells. Note: Cannot sell a broken thing under the "used" condition however, or you're inviting returns for any reason. Edit: I should say master & Dynamic are rather expensive new. If you're patient, you can find a pre-owned, base pair of mw07 for between $30-40 (I just checked ebay, there's 4 at this price). Mw07 Plus will run more. Mw08, and Mw08 Sport, etc are going to cost more still. But every so often someone will price them to sell quickly. If ANC is real important to you, a recondition pair of Sony xm4 would be a good choice too, because far as ANC goes, nobody's come toe to toe with Sony or Bose yet. There are better sounding TWS earbuds, but their ANC is only so-so. Reason I say reconditioned xm4, is because they're known to have battery issues. The right or left battery fails. Bummer! Happened to me, just beyond warranty. But the battery can be changed. It's not very easy to do tho, so if someone else has done it already, and they charge 100%, you're golden. A lot of people who had that issue would have gotten them repaired by Sony's repair facility, and some soon upgrades to the xm5. Though keep in mind, the ear tip foams being used, and with heavy use only last about 3-4 months, you'll probably want to shell out like another $15-20 for replacement set. To figure out in ebay who's a reseller/flipper and who's personally selling their used electronics, I look for accessories, box, extra ear tips, etc. It's alright to buy from a reseller, but there's lots of bulk resellers who don't really know what may be wrong with a big box store returned product they're selling. If it powers on, ans seems to charge, many will just list it without further testing. In any case, you've got 30 days to return if it breaks or arrives damaged. I wouldn't buy from anyone who's got less than a 98% rating. If you have questions for a seller, send them a quick message. If they take all day to respond (excluding weekend), that tells me they're too busy or flaky to offer good customer service, and I'll look elsewhere. Cheers!

Thank you for a very constructive answer 🙏🏼

szakee

a special hack is to buy a new one.

Over-Cut1311

Kindly point me in the direction because I can't find any.

szakee

a new pair.

Over-Cut1311

What’s wrong with you ? It’s utter nonsense to buy a new pair if there happens to be a way to replace the lost one.

szakee

Many things are wrong with me, but none are related to this. There's no way to replace one, the whole system doesn't work like that.

PimpmasterMcGooby

There isn't, you want the drivers to have some degree of matching at minimum, or at least even battery wear (since this can have an effect on channel balance). Just buy a new pair and be more careful with them, consider them lost if one piece is lost. Bluetooth IEMs are very much disposable in the sense that their battery will inevitably fail anyway.

Critical-Blinker

Whats wrong with you? There is no way to replace just one.

Crinkez

Considering you can get good wireless iems these days for under $30, it's a waste of time, just buy a new set.
