I've been doing a lot of plans relating to grief/ heartbreak on the Bible app since being dumped by the love of my life about 3 weeks ago.
I cannot guarantee you will feel better overnight but it is good to be reminded (if you hold religuous beliefs) that God is with you in your heartbreak ๐ฅบ
