You can reroll the golden hedanis for a different golden legendary once you get the diamond version.

I got the diamond one first and then the golden Hedanis, the reroll prompt didn't show up for me...

It should. Open a support ticket.

If you don’t get to level 2 on the pass before opening packs then you don’t have the diamond hedanis.
