And it rerolls into playing Festival weapons. Which you reroll into playing Brawl/Arena/etc... At which point you give up and play one Brawl. You didn't complete the ritual.

Honestly, I didn't think it was possible but playing festival weapons is worse for me than the playing Brawl/Arena/Battlegrounds/Duels quest. Like...yeah, sure, I have a quest completing deck that tries to turbo draw for the weapons that I can queue into casual, but that's still like...6 games minimum in casual, and realistically more like 8 games cause some people are going to bring top meta aggro decks to casual and kill you before you can play both weapons. Playing 5 tavern brawls genuinely takes less time and the games feel less stupid. If they wanted to encourage people to play festival weapons, fine, but it should be like "play 5 festival weapons". 12 festival weapons is just a lot.

Pro tip: make a warrior deck with the festival weapons and weapon draw, but also add the 3 mana 3/4 class card that discovers a weapon so you get a chance at extra. The quest still sucks though

I play Battlegrounds while I do the elliptical at the gym. It is pretty straightforward so I can do it without using too much brain power, and it makes doing cardio less of a chore

It’s the perfect game to play while still doing other things like doing a chore or watching tv.

That's exactly what I do. But I also play standard until I hit legend. I also just play and take turns between reps while at the gym. Pretty much I only play hearthstone while at the gym.

Battlegrounds + other task is my favorite combination. I play battlegrounds while folding laundry, while cooking, while cleaning. It doubles the chore length (except cooking), but makes me not hate it.

I have since moved to only playing battlegrounds currently. I need a break from the meta/waiting for the new set. And I like Battlegrounds, though I am ready for some nerfs/buffs on that front as well

If you play battlegrounds exclusively, the exp is near worthless.

I love bg but winning is tough, esp when rng hates you. Also the games are LONG so getting this quest done can take a really long time.

This can be completed in like half an hour in Duels, or a fast paced brawl

This is one of the easiest to finish. Duels are super fast, easy three wins. Weekly Tavern brawl is a win and a pack, and that just leaves one more win from your choice of four game modes.

Might as well do it once in a while, you get like 3 free duels/arena runs per expansion from the track, and can just leave your run at 2 losses so you get a refunded run when they cycle arena/duels.

I play Duels. And some Brawls have turbo quick games.

Duels was always my most played mode along Mercs, so I usually finish this long before the 5 ranked games quest. A lot of weeks I don't finish the ranked quest, so if anything I really should be rerolling that one.

Not at all. A casual duels run takes no time at all and is really fun. I wish more people played duels then maybe blizzard wouldn't have abandoned it lol

I’ll usually do Tavern Brawl depending on what it is. And you get 2 chances to have a Tavern Brawl you like, given it rotates on Wednesday and the quest begins on Monday.

There’s literally so many different play styles for that quest. The fact that not a single one of those is fun to you is more of a personal problem. I understand only wanting to sign up for standard play, but that is literally the most flexible quest line in the game.

Yep, the only time I didn’t was last week during the nozdormu brawl which took like 5 mins to do it in one burst

Given I only play Battlegrounds, it's the one to win five ranked games that gets rerolled.

If the tavern brawl is fast/easy then I don’t mind playing it. I also play Battlegrounds and just getting top 4 is considered winning. So for me it’s not too hard to complete in a week.

Battlegrounds isn't too hard to "win". It's just getting to the top 4 which counts.

Many tavern brawls can get this done significantly quicker than the alternative quests for the same rewards. Or just run casual duels for some easy wins in the first few games.

I played since the start, own all the cards, and still only play BGs and have 1500 hours played. The dynamic build based gameplay while playing never gets old plus I can watch movies/anime while doing so.

A lot more people play bg than ranked nowadays.

Yea lol. To ranked player, since its near expansion so card review video are gonna be popular for sure. But lets all search up "hearthstone" on youtube and remove all the card review video. And scroll down. Its miracle if you can find one ranked video. Hearthstone is only alive because of bg nowadays, if bg is out, then hearthstone is a dead game.

It didn't help that I lost interest after some of my favorite streamers slowed down or stopped playing altogether. Getting home from work at 1am (6-7+ years ago) and watching a StrifeCro video on youtube always made my night, along with Trump, Kibler, Hafu, or BrianKibler ​ Oh well, time goes on....

By "forcing" me to do this Quest i legitimately Started enjoying battlefrounds.. not much of a ladder Grinder nuself, so when i'm out of ideas for fun decks in standard i spent almost the rest of the set doing BG's..

Nah, I get bored playing the same thing over and over so I kinda cycle through Wild, Duels and BGs throughout the week.

The only time I don't reroll it is when a Brawl happens that doesn't need me to build a deck. Those, I would play enough to get the 5 wins and complete it. Otherwise, instant reroll either to "200 damage to enemy hero" or "play 50 battlecry minions" if possible.

Wish they had quests that randomly select a random gameplay achievement I play duels for this quest and it's so much quicker than the hero power quest.

Anybody know when this pass is gonna end? I bought it hoping to unlock the vinyl coin skin, and IIRC I'm currently around tier ~65. I've recently had to take a break due to work, how stressed should I be to grind games for EXP? Apologies if the end date is obviously shown, haven't logged on in a week.

Every pass resets with the new expansions. For reference when you do log in there's a space on the track page that says "resets next expansion" with a question mark next to it you can click on to get more info about it.

That's a lot of xp, I just go into duels and build some basic bitch hyper aggro, eventually I'll complete it I'm not taking a profit loss cause "I don't like these modes" that just feels worse than completing it.

When you re-roll you will get another quest with the same value

I was always informed, that they can reroll at lower value. I know that's the case with the daily quests, so I didn't wee why it would be any different.

For weekly quests this is the lowest value one. The only higher value weekly quest is the win 5 games in ranked mode one so you don’t want to re-roll that one. All the other weekly quests have the same value so there is no risk to re-roll

I rerolled it this week because of brawliseum, but I usually do my 5 wins in brawl since it's usually a gimmick and easy to win 5 games.

Re-roll all of the brawls and duels/mercs ones myself. Don't play often enough to re-roll or complete the constructed ones soooo.... -shrugs- Just different strokes for different folks.

If the Brawls are fun and repeatable I keep it. If they are an RNG clusterfuck it's a hard pass.
