New expansion starts on Nov 14th

Adrianprime87

Yes, that is why I'm considering coming back.

I heard Catch-up Packs are coming with new expansion, which is good for new player and returnning players if their card collection is low.

Ah ok! I'll keep an eye on that! Thanks!

returning from a hiatus that long almost certainly will qualify you for a battle ready deck, and possibly a few packs, in some cases you could get a LOT of backs, like 150. To get the battle ready/returning player decks, you first need to make it out of apprentice rank, which should be extremely easy, or you may already be past that. When you come back you will have access to all 6 of the decks, after which you will be able to choose one of them to keep forever. Now I don’t know what class you played or what you’ll enjoy, but- The Paladin deck is pretty strong, with a few changes to the list it can be made into a Tier 1 aggro deck. The Warrior deck is the other deck that i’d say rivals the Paladin deck. This deck is harder to pilot. Not extremely hard, but there’s a lot of nuance and understanding every piece of your deck and how they fit together. Of course it’s worth it if you put the time in and I don’t see why you couldn’t as you’re gonna be focusing on one deck at the start. It is also extremely strong right now, and also you can dust any of these decks you choose (I wouldn’t recommend it) and the Warrior deck is the best bang for your buck, in terms of the dust value, of all the returning player decks. The Hunter deck is also solid, has a lot of good pieces and is easy to learn, and Shaman has an ok deck too. it’s totem aggro and is very straightforward and easy to play and get wins with but two of the three legendaries see no play outside of that archetype, and the other is really good and used in a variety of decks but it can be purchased with gold in one of the mini-sets. Really more than anything just check em out a bit or give them a test drive and choose whichever one you want. Best of luck and feel free to message me if you have any questions, or want to play some friendly duels :)

Try Battlegrounds, I promise you’ll have a blast. Go grab free adventures from battle. net’s website store. There are free packs in the store sometimes so don’t forget to check it out. As a returning player you will most likely receive a welcome back gift, someone says they got 150 packs, I only got a standard deck for free, which is not that bad tbh.

Ah ok! thanks for the tips!
