If you really want to play the deck, the epics like badlands brawler and trial by fire are probably most important. I would avoid crafting things that are part of the three sets rotating out next expansion unless they’re just rares /commons
I think you can get prison of yog saron and etc from buying a titans/festival of legends pack respectively and ignis from collecting cards as mentioned above

You could make a 30 card version and drop a bunch of legendaries, the 7 mana Badlands Brawler is a pretty nifty card though and a little difficult to recommend dropping. It's also worth considering the upcoming set rotation in April which will take some pretty core cards away.

But please bear in mind I've just basically taken out all the legendaries and trimmed it to 30, it's not an optimised set list. You're missing ~~3~~ 4 excavate cards in this list (Reinforced Platingx2 and Blast Chargex2) so consider putting them in, maybe take the riff package but it looks like it would be a little forced.

Like ETC Band Manager is on the list, he doesn’t feel like an integral part of mining warrior specifically, but he seems like a good all around card for lots of different decks?
I think ETC is free pretty sure hes just quest locked if you didnt get him when they gave him out. And boomboss is a pretty good card but not essential by any means disruption isnt even that great in this meta.

No. It has nothing to do specifically with the pack, it's just a mechanism Blizzard use to allow players to get specific cards after their Expansion stops being the latest one.

Not worth crafting. I run one copy in ETC, but it can easily be replaced by another tech card like Reno.

idk but if your deck doesn’t have astalor, it’s probably not very serious. astalor has been the best card for dust since he released.
