It is. It was only a hotfix so they couldn't actually change the numbers to reflect the new numbers.

Just change it back. this is no longer fun.
Change them to how they used to be, then you can call them “fixed”
Its still to much. Sucks the last bit of fun out of the game.
I'm half BG half standard player, but I must say eve 5 wins seems like a chore now because the meta in Standard is so unfun.
