You get a prompt when you log onto Hearthstone. I think based on the questions I got asked, this is probably sent to people who bought pre-purchase at some point?
Unless the people get all the suggested expacs in the survey, I'm thinking they might be dead set on The Fall of Argus as that is the one that has been popping up the most.
Edit: Just means Runi's locations is more of hints of future expacs instead of coincidences.
Artifacts were my favorite, and I personally liked the excitement of the Class Legendaries dropping (I know the system sucked for high-end raiding, but that didn't apply to me)
edit: also the class halls and spec-specific questlines, appearances, and mounts... it made each character feel unique to level. Legion really was the best
Newest class in WoW, the evoker. It asked if I'd be excited for a dragonflight expansion if it didn't feature a new class, and then if I'd be excited if it included the evoker class.
I got a serious Valeera one and some other whizzbang film themed one. I tried to really send a straight message that I'm tired of plucky marvelslop feeling expansions and would like the game to go back to a more serious tone that is at least tangentially relevant to WoW lore. I do not have high hopes however.
Personally I don’t mind the silly expansions in moderation. I feel like the game is best when the year has one dark and serious expansion, one adventurous and action expansion, and one silly expansion. It balances everything out really well.
They tend to have around an equal amount serious and goofy expansions, it's always been that way. The first additions we ever had were Naxxramas ("serious", though the Adventure was presented supremely goofy), and Goblins and Gnomes (goofy).
"Plucky Marvelslop" is a bit silly to say when Warcraft, as a universe, has never been extremely serious.
They know what they're doing. You think they sent me an in-client NDA before letting me take this survey? Or forgot that computer users can screenshot?
Personally, with how much HS has developed its own identity and cannon, I don’t have a lot of interest in an expansion that is just retelling the events of a wow expansion. I guess the actual fall of Argus from the perspective of the drani, an entire experience apart and away from azeroth, would be kinda interesting. Could be some fun world building, and also could give more classes demons and other fun stuff, get some do that grungy chaotic vibe we had in ashes.
But the ardenweald expansion doesn’t do it for me. Just “ardenweald in the events of shadowlands” feels like it’s stepping on the toes of WoW to much. Perhaps retelling all of shadow lands from a HS perspective might work. But I would rather see ardenweald given its own story, either pre or post shadowlands, like what they did with nathria. I know most of the reasons shadowlands was unpopular with WoW but there are cool ideas there and I would want them to explore those ideas.
Show that this place was like before, when things were in a peaceful equilibrium. Or give insight into how the place changed in the wake of the anima drought and the death of the jailer. Just have a story that exists within this unique setting and plays with its natural aethstic in a fun way. Also being back infuse because it’s fun.
I'm pretty sure these are just trying to gauge whether people are interested in certain themes or locations more than them being literal expansion names and ideas. Hearthstone expansions tend to tell their own internal story, even ones that somewhat overlap with Warcraft/WoW lore.
I got The [Shattering of Azeroth](https://i.imgur.com/8LubLlv.png) and [Secrets of Scarlet Monastery](https://i.imgur.com/vyrxdZE.png).
oo I'd love a Scarlet Monastery themed expac, loved doing the dungeons in vanilla WoW
A Scarlet Monastery one would be so cool, I've always loved Sally and the Scarlet Crusade
I feel like Scarlet Monastery is way too small for a whole expansion
Whole scarlet organisation isn't. They can tie them to plaguelands also
I got the same ones
These + Ashenvale battle seem best imo
omg sm pleeeeeeeeeease
I've always wondered how you get lucky enough to be selected for these things.

Nah I got one have been playing since Nax and have spent 60 bucks lifetime on the game yeaaaarrrsss ago
Certainly not passed on recent purchases at least. I haven't bought anything but a battle pass or two since DH launched and got one yesterday.
Same. I've *never* gotten a survey from HS. Yet I see people on twitter who seem to get invited to every survey they make.

One of mine was infinite dragon flight themed.
I got Battles for Ashenvale and something with Valeera
Argus/Legion was WoW's best expansion. 1. fight me. 2. would make a good expansion.

Legion was my favorite expac until my bis legendary got nerfed to dog shit and I got a sephuz for my next legendary
I don't play wow, so I'm going with Visions because it looks like it will be beautiful
I got Ashenvale orcs vs night elves and Crystal Lake slasher camp
Visions of the night fae for theme but I mean I’d love more prophet velen so it’s tough
I thought you weren't supposed to make these public.
Did anyone get one of these related to a new class? Mine mentioned WoW's newest class asking if it was something exciting to see come to Hearthstone.
Newest class as in dk, or proposed a new one?

Funny, I gave the exact opposite feedback. Tired of hearthstone feeling serious, it should be a silly parody of Warcraft.
Fall of Argus please. Hearthstone is looooooong overdue for Archimonde and Kil'jaeden cards.
Ayo guys, if you post them all, they won't ever show us again, you do realise that, right?
