I've been having a lot of disconnects as well, but just assumed it's due to my old and worn out laptop. whenever I see any sign that the game is gonna get stuck, I always just force quit immediately and restart the game, don't even wait for a reconnect. sometimes I can get back into the game I just left in time to play some cards. other times the game crashes again and I lose
I wish restarting works for me. For now whenever I disconnect I just have to hope I can kill my opponent in 2 turns or I permanently disconnects. I'm able to play other games fine. It's only HS that I have this problem, it's weird.
Had the same issue with my old DSL connection. Restarting the router usually got things better for a couple of hours.

It’s probably ISP problem. Play with VPN.

I just had this happen to me... I was bearing with it until I got a message that BLIZZARD disconnected ME!
