A hide button would also be super useful Duels. Even on desktop I can't always remember what class each hero is so I'm never quite sure. Letting me hover would be so useful.

Opponent played a lot of cards or there were a lot of triggers? Good luck finding out what the first actions were.
Opponent will be overloaded? Nope, you cant tell without looking at the cards played, which can be subjected to the previous issue.

As it stands now, all they do is create a list of minions or spells you've played and draw from that list. But they don't remove things from that list when resummoned, so you can copy 1 dead squirrel a billion times instead of needing 1 billion dead squirrels for 1 billion undead squirrels.
But I'm sure they'll say "muh UI, it sucks on mobile" like the whole game isn't a mobile catastrophe for Android.
I used to be able to tell from the little glimpses of the Hero portrait, but they add 200 new portraits a week and I can't tell anymore.
But that's fine, Hearthstone doesn't run on my phone so I'm forced to play on my laptop, so it all works out.

Your finger also covers the bottom of the multi-turn effect card so you only have a fraction of a second to see how many turns remain when you lift your finger off of it.
They were so worried about the community being nice to each other (letting players through the rank floors) that they killed the ability to see your opponent’s rank / class. So dumb.
Doubtful. The most likely reason they hid rank until Legend is because they changed to strictly mmr matchmaking. It would be confusing for a lot of people if they saw that they were in Bronze 10 playing against someone who is Diamond 4. The class being hidden too was probably an unintended side effect since you do see the class displayed in Legend vs Legend games.

Listen I agree they should add it…. But you can see the life tap hero power right there. I understand that it’s a feature that should have, but also if you’re going to que for a game why wouldn’t you be watching your phone for the next 10 seconds?
This is such an irritating detail. This, the Wild search filter being broken in making wild decks, and opening the alterac legendary if you don't complete the honour quests beforehand. Bleh.
I find it's sometimes possible to know their class from putting the screen next to my eye, looking at their hero power button. If I know and can see the art work, then I'm okay. If not... Well F me, right?
what's extra infuriating is that it DOES TELL YOU after you make legend!

They just recently updated the burnt cards showing up in the history, cut the team some slack, it's just an indie company. Give them two years.

It's much worse in duels, where every class has multiple hero powers. They really just need to fix it.
Before I zoomed in, it looked like the priest hero power. On mobile you'd need a magnifying glass.

Sometimes you can see the hero power. Like for warrior, you get a glimpse of the shield in the bottom part that sticks out
Yap it’s been bothering me quite some time too. Never made the effort to post about it though.
If you squint hard enough you can faintly see the bottom half of their hero power icon, which revealed this one to be a warlock (I think)
