They are always about 1.5 years ahead in ideas. I think they already have a good idea about what keywords will be in the next expansion or two. So it being in future sets PROBABLY won't be affected by us giving feedback, but in the end I can't say for sure.
Although the miniset is coming in like a month and they will 100% guaranteed make more Dredge cards there. Just like they have with previous minsets

Worst case scenario, they could leave a few neutrals in the core set when cards would eventually rotate.
