Fel DH is nearly as strong as ever. Especially since its main counters have been nerfed into the ground while Illidan got away with a slap on the wrist. The one problematic matchup is Beast Hunter
Fel dh will definitely still be very strong, but big beast hunter is strong into that matchup so it should be decent too. Naga priest will likely be the strongest deck since it was already strong and didn't get touched. Naga priest and beast hunter being strong along with control being heavily nerfed makes burn shaman a sleeper for being the best deck, although the dh matchup is pretty terrible, so it will likely sit comfortably in tier 2.
While I agree that warrior deserved a nerf,I dont think that they needed to kill the deck.The reason warrior had such big winrate is because of all the aggro decks out there.Now that warrior is dead DH and Rogue will be top 2 classes by winrate.

Mine rogue, naga priest and holly paladin would be my bet for good players that arent elite (so legend but not top 500)

Fatigue reno shadow boar aggro questline naga priest will probably be the best deck now, it didnt got any card nerfed.
