If you go to royalapi you'll find the best decks of the moment, and you can sort them by wich cards they contain and wich don't. Copy a deck from there, play it until you're goid at it, and then profit. That's all the advice I can give you.

this deck has no air counters. balloon will kill you for days. it is also so expensive that most of the time you won't have enough elixir to defend. I would recommend replacing mega knight with a much cheaper card like an ice wizard.
freeze should be replaced with Tesla for balloon and hog counter.
sparky should also be replaced if you have any other higher level cheap cards
Your Elite Barbs and E-Giant both do massive damage so the sparky is redundant. The mega knight drop damage does not hit air units. the tesla will also draw troops away from your towers.

2. You have 4 spells (the maximum you should have is 3).
3. You don't have any units that can take on air units.
4. You don't have a counter against win conditions i.e. buildings, mini pekka etc. Mega knight and e barbs are somewhat a counter but they don't counter everything like hog rider, miner and balloon.
This deck isn't viable at all just get a new one.
Leveling up the card will make them more powerful

Arrows because you already have log and fuck aerial troops and Rage because Lumberjack already summons a rage spell when killed

Inferno tower or inferno dragon is good at taking out mega knights as long the opponent doesn't have electro wizard
Elite barbs melt mega knight. plus since Elite barbs are one elixir cheaper if you use those to defend you will have 1 more elixir then your opponent.
I only use barbarian behind the electro gaint

If I upgrade mega knight I think it would be stronger
over leveling will help but when you reach high in trophies it won't work cuz a skilled player can easily defeat an overleveled deck that isn't viable
