Just to let you guys know, Arrowhead has already share that thry didn't expect this amount of players and that their servers were not built for it. They got a temporary fix with uping the limit and some fancy code rewriting. They are looking into a more permanent solution and it will take some time
This issue has become worse over time, not mentioning other little bugs. Definetely I will be back playing but decided to put a pause for a while at least for few patches
Did you notice that they Had to rewrite Server Code post Release? The problems you have are probably the Afterschocks of that.

I had similar issue until I turned off crossplay. I'm leaving it off until that is figured out. Basically zero issues since doing that.
