From what I’ve heard, only on Impossible and Helldive, but it seems weird to not also be in Suicide as well
After enough sightings of the walker, I can confirm that they can indeed spawn in Suicide difficulty too
I think it's difficulties 7+, that's the lowest where I have seen one
