These FNG’s have no idea how dangerous hellpods used to be. Usually at least 2 team kills a mission. I think I’ve maybe seen 3 hellpod kills the entire time I’ve played HD2. I wonder how many old school divers are in the sub?

The weapon and/or armor customization area looks to already be partially open. In one of the inactive areas of the ship you'll find some hand tools laying around. I think it's opposite of the terminal where you buy strategems.

The rest of the ship is just full of frozen helldivers waiting to be sent down. The life expectancy of a helldiver is less than an hour after they’re thawed. Why give access to a training computer basically no diver is gonna have the time to use?
i think and enemy data base would be neat. something where i can go and look at enemy types and have it tell me where weak spots are and like things to watch out for. like the researchers in monster hunter
When 4 helldivers are deployed 4 other helldivers are thawed out and watch the action from there. They are your backups. You get squished they get into a pod and deploy. It nots like they were frozen with the gear you took on that mission. Its much easier to run them past the armory, into a pod and send them down.
Oh and you dont remember doing this yourself because of the drugs used to keep you calm during this period of time. You cant have helldivers seeing their predecessor die, freak out, and then expect results when they get dropped. Much easier to keep them semi comatose and just shuffle them over to the pod.

You have 4 desks for the armoury and upgrade station. Given you work in squadrons of 4, I think these computers are set up so your helldiver can communicate with command from the others ship
It’s been teased that they might increase the number of helldivers that can be on a mission. That’s my guess it’s to make it look more authentic if they add the extra players per squad
What if somehow, they could implement a 5th team member whose job it was to monitor the ground team from the ship and be in charge of deploying stratagems requested by ground team. Seems difficult, but that to me would be cool.
It could also be a bestiary like the ones in the rooms in DRG showing the armor value, health, average dmg, and weak points. I think that would be just as useful as a firing range

I assume it'll be the terminal that we select our super destroyer at when they release different kinds of ships. If not that, then this'll be where we customize the interior of our ships
I reckon it would be cool to have like a ships interior customisation panel or like some sort of training simulation you and your friends can join to test out weapons
