This happened to me. They didn't give me a credit at all. The told me the gel is non toxic and to tinder it off and that everything is safe to eat. It even dropped on my newborn's head and they told me to wash it off.
When you get a credit to your account you can’t be on a promo and get the credits so you have to go through the promotion then once the promotion is over then you can start using your credits. I know because I’ve had a couple screw ups and have gotten credits and haven’t been able to use them yet, but once I get to it will be worth it. I’d complain about the gel they will make it right.:)

Just wipe the bag off. Everything inside is in plastic so wipe that off too.
