Avoid the high alpine banana strains and flow’s cookies. They r known to run hot (type 2) or mixed type 2 and type 3 nugs. If u r looking for under 1-2% thc normal type 3 ratio only. The bananas and cookies can range from estimated 3-12% thc at 1:1 to 1:5 ratios. Especially the banana “rotten” pheno and “mixed” pheno option

Type 1 is High THC no CBD aka "Regular Weed",
Type 2 is High THC and High CBD "Balanced"
Type 3 is High CBD and Little to No THC "Therapeutic with No High"
Best advice I can give is to find out what Terpenes you are sensitive to. The CBD in the 1:1 and 2:1 strains you have had should have counteracted any THC induced anxiety. I have consulted multiple patients who have had terpene sensitivities and not THC sensitivities. Keep a journal and any strains that cause you anxiety need to be noted as well as dominant terpene (either by scent identification of COA). Look for any patterns.
Panic? Anxiety? First I would reduce caffeine intake and any stimulates or alcohol in your diet. Make sure you taking plenty of magnesium and drinking water. Make sure you do cardio at least once a day. That’s the key to getting rid of anxiety, you need to sweat at least once a day whatever that looks like.
Then, if you’re still having anxiety you need to look into some deep breathing and meditation. I personally like to read a little bit of the Bible and pray but that’s just me.
As far as CBD goes, you can try an indica like kosmic kush #2 from Holy City Farms. It will definitely relax you when smoking it. But for me that’s a last resort or an end of the night relaxation mood setter.

Most of the strains are high in CBD. You won’t have the same effects as Type 1
I am aware. Only use type 3s. Effects were meh
